Best cup of coffee i ever had, i only had to lick the spoon clean after stirring it to know it was unusually delicious. I had the spanish omlette and hash browns. all of it was beautiful and tasted very good. it was quite and we were a group of 3. we paid at the front register and i asked if they would sell me a pound of coffee beans to take home. they were very accommodating to my request and quickly made it happen, it was treated as a respected request from an interested customer. they did not "him and haw" as if it was inconvienient for them. they charged a fair price for it and i was very happy to enjoy the rest of my day treated with such great service.

I would rather consumer cardboard, hmmm, perhaps I did! Cafe Jennifer's food was bland, over priced and hey! where's my check? Oh, that's right, you hold it for ransome @ the register AND include an automatic 18% gratuity for parties of 6 or more...BUT, have you actually EARNED it? Tips are NOT a right ladies. Altho, we were not a party of 6 or more, we were subject to the 18% gratuity. We ordered: (1)french toast-2slices (2)pancakes, bacon & eggs combo (3)English muffin (4)child's pancake, chocolate milk, 2 adult coffees. After serving us, we were offered a "warm up" once and "POOF!" we never saw our server again. Our total cost for this outing was $36+. OUCH! I would certainly recommend their coffee! YUM. Perhaps their lunch menu has TASTY written all over it and I'm missing out, however, I cannot say that I'd take that dare...

This is a mother/daughter restaurant in Battle Ground - across the street from the Albertson's - just north of the new "Goodwill". I have been to Cafe Jennifer a number of times for breakfast. The daughter is usually there to take our orders and is always very pleasant and helps us pick out exactly what we want. She is always there to refill our coffee and ask if we need anything. They have a good variety on their menu, good prices and great food.

It's not easy to see this place from the street and I worry that this may be their down fall. Hopefully they will be discovered by the locals and stay in business. Battle Ground really needs great family owned restaurants like this one.
