We really had a hard time choosing a roofing company at first- they all seemd to be the same. Until we came across Biltmore, who stood out from the beginning. They seemed to really care about what we needed and wanted. They were punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly. The price was right and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. I was worried about the wind damage I had received on my house, so I knew I needed to call a roofer. There were a few signs in the yards of my neighbors, so I asked one about Biltmore. My neighbor loved them and now, so do I. They came out, got on the roof, assessed the damage, gave me choices on color and style, and BEST OF ALL, dealt with my insurance company fairly and quickly. Within a month, I had a new roof! I am thrilled.
