The Service is awesome. I always have my car serviced here for that reason. The service manager is awesome and honest. I recommend this place to friends and family.

I came here to get an oil change and fluid inspection before going on a trip to northern California. My service Rep. tried explaining to me that my vehicle had never been serviced at a Honda Dealership before when I clearly had a service sticker on the window for another Honda dealership. The guy returned later as I was waiting that I needed all these other repairs. Being an engineer and very knowledgeable about car repair, I was not going to buy into his deception. I wouldn't recommend this dealership. Be careful people! You can always say NO!

Ball Honda parts department is great, everytime I go there for parts for my Civic, they help me get the right part from a mere description of what it looks like. The staff is very knowledgeable of car parts and have decent prices compared to other Honda dealers.
