This place is definitely one of the better mall additions. Everything is cooked to order so you may need to wait a bit but it is worth it.

This place is definitely one of the better mall additions. Everything is cooked to order so you may need to wait a bit but it is worth it.
Hibiscus Grill has delicious food, especially their barbecue and made to order food. The combo plate choices don't look appealing, because they aren't displayed appetizingly, but take a chance because their food is really good. I sometimes worry about this place b/c they don't have a visible spot in the food court, and they almost never have lines. I'm always afraid they'll go out of business, so I just want everyone to give them a chance. They seem to be a small, family business so I want them to succeed with their little known, delicious dishes.
