Apple Chevrolet

I LOVE Apple Chevrolet in Tinley. I have been a customer from them for the last 3 cars that I owned (about 6 years). Most recently, I went in to trade-in my car and worked with Jeff Stewart. He was AMAZING. He was personably, funny and explained my options clearly without being pushy which is so refreshing at a car dealership. I ended up decided to change to leasing and am so glad I made the decision. Honestly, I have never had a bad experience at this dealership. I use them for service as well - all my oil changes, tune-ups, repairs. They are always honest and upfront about what I need done and what can wait until next time and they have a great waiting room to boot!!! I cannot picture going to a different dealership and highly recommend.

We ordered a new 2018 Traverse at Apple Chevrolet in Tinley Park, IL. Our sales associate, Kevin McGrail, was very helpful and patient with us discussing the various trim levels and options. He explained how to obtain the perfect vehicle with all the bells and whistles we desired without spending more on features not important to us (i.e. sunroof). When we arrived to pick up the vehicle and complete the sale, Kevin was assisting another customer (no surprise - he's great as we already knew). He greeted us and explained he would be with us shortly. He also gave us the keys and asked us to look at the vehicle and even take a test drive if desired. After finishing the other sale, he joined us and answered any questions we had. While it was getting closer to closing time, both Kevin and Chet (the finance associate) finished the sale without making us feel rushed. Kevin even stayed almost an hour late to go over the vehicle, explain various functions, and answer more questions. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our new car and understood how everything works. Looking for a vehicle - SEE KEVIN!

Lou, Dan, and Dan were all great at making sure the process was seamless for my wife and I. Even asking for an odd request such as wrapping our new Equinox with a bow was an easy task for the team. I really appreciate Lou taking the time to show my wife and I all the features of our new LTZ and how to use and activate OnStar and XM radio. Because of this experience my family has finally found a dealership we can have a lifetime relationship with going forward, something that for the past 13 years we haven't been able to say about other dealerships. Thank you for making car buying fun! This was our first time buying a brand new vehicle, something that I was reluctant to do until now, their teamwork and passion for customer satisfaction really shows what Apple Chevy is all about!
