I purchased a used Avalon and noticed the insert was missing from the cup holder. I assumed it was misplaced while the car was being detailed. I emailed the used sales manager twice and he never responded. This was my first and last time

Every single aspect about the dealership was great Salespersons, (Al and Kurt) finance Hector all were very attentive. It made turning in a receiving a new car a very pleasant experience.
