When you make appointments you don't expect your 9am be put at 9pm. You don't expect your reservation this week be put to two weeks later. When you realize your resevation dtae has been misplaced you expect an apology not paying for 2 slots (worse!!) I don't think michiko train their receptionist to be careful with making resevations but they just train their staffs to rob money from their clients. I have been a old customers obviously they don't appreciate your loyalty.
