Roto-Rooter

Unprofessional. We just needed to have tree roots eliminated, but the Roto-Rooter tech claimed that we essentially needed a whole new sewer system. After almost a thousand dollars of useless procedures to get rid of the tree roots, we had to call another plumber to repair the damage caused by the Roto-Rooter tech (Jim) and, believe it or not, to eliminate the tree roots. We contacted the management at Roto-Rooter several times, they never returned our calls.

Service was immediate and extremely professional! I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Buffalo area!

Great service. Speedy. Called at 730am and they were there by 8am. Tech was very professional. Basement was flooded of sewage and the tech explained everything to me in a language i could understand. I will call this office everytime i need assistance.

We had a clogged line from the house out to the sewer and Jim came out to clean out the line. He did a great job. He showed me what he was doing and showed me what a clear line should look like. Very personable and polite. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again if I have any more plumbing problems.

My experience with Roto-Rooter was wonderful. I highly recommend them for any plumbing service. On 10/1/10, we had a clogged bathtub drain and they came on time and had the drain unclogged within 15 minutes. They sent a friendly and knowledgeable service tech, Bob W. tech # 1746. I will definately be calling them should I have any plumbing problems in the future. As a side note if your worried about a tech walking through your home with dirty shoes, no worries with Roto-Rooter, they wear disposable booties over their shoes the whole time!

These guys are straight shooters and don't make an all day project out of a 1 hour job like some of the big name local plumbers. There estimates are accurate and easily beat other plumbers. I have multiple properties and will continue to use them.

Roto-Rooters Plumbers on May 13, 2010

When I need an important plumbing job done, I always call Roto-Rooter. On Thursday, May 13th, they came on time as scheduled and took care of it. It doesn't come w/out a price but you can be sure the problem is fixed.

The folks at Roto-Rooters were extremely fast and courteous. They cleaned the basement pipes out and it did the job. Very nice to talk to-thanks for the great experience.
