Female owner of Puroclean office originally came out to our house, misrepresenting herself as the Puroclean owner in Tampa. It was apparant that she lacked ANY expertise. Sent her away and contacted real Tampa office owner, Scott D. He was very knowledgable, as was his entire staff. They handled our claim from beginning to end and went beyond any of our expectations. If you call Puroclean, be sure to ask for Scott D. Otherwise, you may get some other Puroclean owner pretending to be his office.
