The Worst experience with car dealership. Had my transmission replaced one year ago with $5000 new, that is factory warrantied for two years. Transmission starts leaking and as it required by warranty I took car to Anchorage Continental

The professional treatment by all personnel. I always get all the information I need without having to ask pointed questions. The staff was very courteous, asked if I needed anything AND gave me a car wash coupon! Awesome, love that.

The loaner car!! Seeing the friendly, yet overworked staff again. Shanie, Brandon, Roy, and Heather did their best to make being without my car AGAIN, as pleasant as possible. Not putting me in a Mazda was nice!!

Staff was friendly and professional. Very polite. No intercoms either which is nice-Everyone looked pulled together and professional. The service desk was very friendly and on top of the paperwork- everything was done on time. The mechanics looked professional and pulled together. I could see into the shop. It was clean and tidy. I liked being able to see the technians working on the vehicles. I knew my vehicle was being treated with care. The service shuttle driver was also very friendly and professional. I didn't have to wait to be driven to work. It was very fast. I love love love my Volvo. . The service I received from the dealership is everything I would expect from a Volvo shop.

This is the first Volvo my wife and I have purchased and if this experience represents what we can expect in the future we both feel confident that we made the right decision.

Purchased a Suzuki this summer and am really enjoying the car. The sales process is pretty easy without a lot of go-between. I've purchased six or so Mazda's from Continental so I know what to expect. I've had times where I wasn't happy with the Service department but they've really put a lot of effort into improving the experience. No one likes unexpected repairs but Ed and Shayne make the process more tolerable by keeping customers in the know. The prices are in-line with other places. I really like the service department remodel... much easier to get into and out of!

I find that each aspect of the service is discussed with the customer, and all questions are answered as needed which is appreciated.I worked with Shannie and I think she does an excellent job with customer service in mind.

Just had a faboulous experience with the service department. My car needed so much work they had it 3 days! I appreciated being told of its progress throughout and the loaner car to get me by. Breanna rocks! Much thanks to the tech too!

Personnel very professional and accommodating: I live 800 miles away, had to leave car for two weeks. Mechanic kept me appraised of progress, all work was completed on time. I was able to travel home as planned
5Very nice person taking my information and preparing my bill. The shuttle to and from work is essential and that individual was very nice as well. I got to work on time both times. (I had to come back to have a part installed.) I never interacted with anyone who worked on my car so I cannot comment on the service department.
