Love these Guys!
Shane & Keith just completed our entire home remodel in a inanticipated time span. We were very suprised to see how hard they worked and how much attention to detail they are. We will call them again in the future!

I had called Shane to set up an opt. for a bid on a tile project. He said that he wouldn't be able to come that day but he was open the following day. So we set a time for him to come over. That time had come and gone. So 20min after I called to see if he was still coming or if he was lost. The phone rang, it sounded as if someone picked up and hung up immediately. So I tried again. It went directly to voice mail. So I left a message that I would only be around for another 40 min. Later that day I tried to call again, same thing happened. This message was to possibly reschedule and to see if he was even interested in the job. Later he did call with the excuse that he thought it was for the following day. So we rescheduled and I never heard from him again.

These guys don't fool around! I got 3 other bids all telling me my job would take 8 days. Tile Concepts completed everything to great satisfaction in 5 days. They were a bit more expensive but well worth every dollar. I will hire them again.
