Cheaper Windows Glass

I need a glass repair and called many companys then called Cheaper Window Glass. Got the quote (a very nice lady gave me a quote over the phone ) and they came right out to fix my window. They did such a good job that this month I called them again to put shade screens on all of my windows to help with the heat. Again they did a Superior job. I will refer them to everyone I know thats needs their service

My landscaper broke my patio door. I called around and chose Cheaper Window Glass. Their price that they quoted stayed the same as they gave me over the phone. They were on time and professional. I will tell everyone I know about them. I would call them again if I need any glass.

I have a problem with a window they installed. Every time I called over a 2 wk period, they gave me a different excuse--they couldn't find my invoice; they couldn't find the install date (I dug thru my credit card bill & found the date); need manager approval but she wasn't in & would call me back (not); mgr was in a meeting and she would call me back (not). After receiving NO satisfaction, I drove to their shop. When I asked for the mgr, someone pointed to a blond woman on the phone but she said "HE'S on vacation"--first time I heard that excuse and first time I heard mgr was a man! When she finally got around to me, first she said I was improperly opening & closing the window, then said the problem was my frame was old, something they NEVER mentioned when they installed the new window. Their prices are cheap for a reason -- no after-install customer service. I live on a golf course & will need many future services, but never again from them.

The installer broke the glass that he was trying to install, they doubled the agreed upon estimate, and refused to refund my deposit when I told them I wouldn't agree to the new estimate. The owner of the company hung up on me when I said I would deny payment through my credit card company saying "we'll fight it!" They have shady business practices and I would never ever use this company. I filed a complaint with the BBB about them. Look elsewhere!!!

We needed to get the glass replaced in my mom's back doors after an accident. Noble Glass & Mirror (Cheaper Window Glass) did a great job. They came out quickly and installed the new glass in no time. Very happy with the results.
