Fast Water Heater Company

We called Fast Water Heater to find why our water heater would regularly release water through the pressure release valve. We needed our water heater expansion tank replaced.
To reduce costs of heating water we chose to install a tankless/hybrid water heater. The flow valve failed in a 10 da. Fast water heater has done remedial help and repair promptly. Fast Water Heater assures us we have a good product that will last well. We are glad we chose Fast Water Heater . Lloyd Piper

Ian showed up on time and ready for work. He explained everything to me in an intelligent way. We have a home daycare and it was nap time, Ian was very quiet and efficient and finished the job and not one child woke up! Thanks Ian.

Tim, the technician was fantastic. His service was great. He called to say he would be late because he was sent to the wrong store to pick up the water heater. He still arrived within the time frame agreed upon. Even though there were difficulties with the job, he was able to figure it out and worked expediently to complete the job. Thank you Tim.

Okay I'm a geezer that likes to "do-it-myself". However, when realizing that my water heater ( WH ) had to be replaced, the idea of laboring in a cold 30 degree garage and having to deal with the fact that "She-who-must-be-obeyed" would not be happy with 2 days of ice cold showers in the wee hours of the morn. That's when I got up at the crack of dawn and called the Home Depot Installation Service "Hot" Line.
The folks that run the service for Home Depot ( and others ) is FAST Water Heater Company, a national firm that provides service and installations. My appointment rep, Ryan, made it very easy for me to set up a tech to come to the home that morning.
He explained the costs and checked availability of the new WH. I choose the WH off the Home Depot Website. Ryan told me that they could take care of everything.

The Tech showed up 1/2 hour early! He introduced himself as, Donny. Then greeted me by using my name, a smile and a hand shake. Donny inspected my WH and we went over some options on equipment. Very reasonable, no hype, no pressure up-sale, just choices for improvements. I made some optional choices and then Donny went to work. Quickly and neatly, Donny had the unit installed in about 40 minutes. Tested and inspected...all went well. I can give a FIVE STAR recommendation to FAST Water Heater Company for a great job and keeping me out in the "cold water " with the little lady of the house!

I bought a replacement hot water heater (a Kenmore) from Sears, and Fast Water Heater was contracted to install it. Kevin arrived on time and completely prepared. He explained what he needed to do to bring the new heater up to code and what it would cost before he began. The new heater wasn't an exact fit, but Kevin had no problem resizing the piping after he brought the new heater downstairs. He explained each step, and didn't mind a nosy old lady asking questions. I will certainly call Fast Water Heater again when I need a plumber!!

When my water heater began leaking I noted that FWHC, sixteen years earlier, was the installer on the original construction. When contacting FWHC I was provided with information on required upgrades and authorized replacement. I was very pleased with the efficiency and professionalism of the installation and would not hesitate to recommend FWHC.

My water heater needed to be replaced as it was draining out and soaking the floors. Yikes. I was extremely stressed. Home Depot was contacted and Fast Water Heater Co was subcontracted.
Kevin arrived on time, he quoted me a prices after looking over the situation. Then he and the company worked with my limited income and brought the his estimate down to $1, 007.00. Huge relief. I would be making payments and had to keep my budget in line.
I now have a new water heater with a 12 year warranty. I was surprised how easily things were taken care. Keven brought everything up to current code requirements, put in a pan, & emergency run off hoses, etc. He answered all my questions, cleaned up his work area and took away my old water heater.

I would highly reccomend this company and their representatives if you want quality workmanship. Kevin arrived on time for the appointment, the job was done diligently and professionally. I also found out that they have excellent customer service. I truly felt like a valued customer.

I was looking for an affordable Energy Star gas water heater. I called several places, and Fast was very clear on the phone about the price, difference in prices by efficiency, and, after I asked, things that might increase the cost. Their price was by far the best for an Energy Star gas water heater.

At the house they proposed a pressure reduction valve and overflow tank, which would have added several hundred dollars. When I said I didn't have leaks in 23 years with my previous water heater, they didn't push hard but dropped it.

They came when they said, with the right water heater on the truck, they told me everything about equipment and charges upfront, did what they said, were done in a little over an hour. A very positive and smooth experience.

Very solid effort by this business. I paid for a water heater through Sears online, and Sears subcontracted the installation to Fast Water Heater Co. Fast contacted me several days ahead of time to ensure I had everything arranged. This was a critical step which led to some necessary electrical work ahead of the installation date to ensure everything would go smoothly. Only negative was getting a call late the night prior to the installation and them switching the install time by 2 hrs due to a worker that called in sick. Installation itself was handled expertly by a lone employee, Ian. I was surprised only one installer came out, as the new unit was heavy and required some tight maneuvering up and down basement stairs. However, Ian handled everything well and hooked up the new hybrid GE Geospring without a glitch.

After visiting Home Depot on Tuesday evening Tim from Fast Water Heater was at the door the next morning at 9:44 am. In two hours Tim replaced the old water heater with a new one. He explained all the details and did an excelent job in removing the old water heater and instaling the new one. Fast service and thorough job were highly appreciated!

Fast Water Heater Company install my water heater Fast. I called Home Depot ask few question and a $250.00 rebate from Oregon Energy Trust rebate. 90% energy efficient. Fast Water Heater in my door step. WHAT ELS CAN YOU ASK FOR.

38yo water heater died in the morning. Went to local Home Depot store at 1:30pm and ordered service from Fast Water Heater Company at 2pm. Had water heater installed by 4:30pm. Technician was friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. If or when required, would not hesitate calling Fastwater heater Company---very satisfied.

The gentleman who installed the water tank arrived on time and was very professional, friendly, and did an outstanding job.

The service was good. Technician installed quickly. However the initial quote we received on the phone was inaccurate. It cost almost $1000 & we were quoted under $500. Otherwise they did a good job.

I had to call this company 5 times before I heard anything back. I also was never called in advance and they DO NOT FOLLOW Oregon state plumbing codes. The "Technician" ( A guy with no experience or certifications ) blew main on the breaker because he didn't know anything about not touching a power line to a ground. I would much rather spend a couple more dollars and get someone who knows what they are doing. All in all DO NOT use them no matter what.

Fast was very easy to work with. They were able to come the same day as my request, were prompt (in fact the installer arrived early) and very professional. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly, and made an effort to ensure the job was affordable for me. He did an excellent job in a short amount of time. I would highly recommend this company to others.

Very pleased with professionalism and fast service. Contact guy set up my hot water heater installation the same day a mistake had occured with a pick up from a name store and I was without hot water for 5 days prior! I now have a new top rated energy star heater. The installer was curteous, cleaned up after himself and answered all my questions about the new heater. Great service company.

Just had a spiffy new Energy Star water heater installed and was very pleased with this company. In particular, I thought the woman who initially answered the phone was really thorough in answering my questions and making the process smooth and easy. I wasn't prepared to replace the whole water heater until I learned that my 8 year old unit wasn't worth repairing, so I wasn't exactly an easy sell. The installer was great too.
By the way, this company offers a 15 year warranty on my water heater that seemed above and beyond industry standard.

I purchased a water heater from Sears. Within 40 minutes I received a phone call to do an install. They were at my house within 2 hours. My heater had gone out that morning. They were very knowledgeable and the work was completed quickly.

Their name says it all. They are fast. They were able to schedule an appointment for me the very next day. They removed my water heater and installed a new one with safety straps, drain pan and all new hoses in under 1 1/2 hours. I needed to be a little more direct in my dealings with my repairman. I asked to do the earthquake straps myself but he put them on the work order and I just let him, then he used my hoses that I had purchased instead of using theirs but I paid the same amount as if they had supplied them. These were not his issues but mine and I should have been more direct. I would call them again if I needed more work done.

Fast Water Heater Co. did a very satisfactory job in installing a new water heater in our home.
-They came out and did the job on the same day that they were called.
-The technician was knowledgeable, fast , and efficient.
-The technician saved us $80 from the original estimate by making due with the existing exhaust vent tubing (for a gas water heater).
I was quite pleased with the overall project.

Fast Water Heater were wonderful. They were the only one that was able to come out and check my water heater the next day. They were prompt at making appointment and professionally replace and hauled away the old water heater. I would highly recommend and use them in the future. Theyll send you a $25 rebate if you fill out 2 review of them.

This company is excellent. The workers were on time, friendly and worked quickly to replace my water heater. I especially appreciated them taking whatever time required to explain everything from what and why any extra work needed to be completed. I was on a budget constraints and they respected and worked with me. I would definitely use this company again.. I would give them 10 plus grade.

I purchased an electric hot water heater with a 9 year warranty through Home Depot, who contracts with Fast Water Heater Company for installation. The installer clearly explained the reason for need for me to purchase several upgrades - most of which were due to changes in codes since the installation of the previous water heater. He never pressured me to purchase several other upgrades that were not related to code changes. The total cost was $1200.00.

The installer worked efficiently and quickly, leaving no mess and taking good care not to damage the wood floor, since the water heater is located in a closet in the house.

I gave the installer a 10 out of 10 rating.
