If you could rate with negatives I would. The customer service is horrible. For two nights I waited for the promised arrival of a repair tech and no one showed between the time promised. The excuse " we are short staffed" then don' make promises you can't keep. When I asked to talk to a supervisor the operator copped an attitude. The supervisor JOSH was less then helpful when questioned about the arrival of the repair person. JOSH went as far as just sticking me on hold for a lengthy period of time so he wouldn't have to deal with me asking questions about the lack of customer service. After reading the prior reviews I would say I'm grateful their customer service sucks because now I won't use them and get scammed or gouged like everyone else did! DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE EVER THEY SUCK!

For re-looping a slipped cable on my garage door, these guys quoted me $279. This is 1/2 hour work...I've had this done before. At this rate, their labor charges are $560 per hour!! Wall-street bankers would not charge this hourly rate...stay way from these guys!!
