The folks in the San Jose office are really nice and kind and helpful. My initial consult was with Scott Sagaria. He was down to earth yet very professional, friendly and compassionate. No so painful experience. Just when you are already living a nightmare this place makes you gain some peace of mind and sanity. Paid way under 3k for "debt settlement." I really think that consolidation is the way to go. I was able to avoid bankruptcy and got my affairs in order for a manageable payment each month. Your sanity is worth that.

Used this firm for a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy filing. Got a really quick appointment (same day), and filed within two weeks. Process is now over 90 days later, and couldn't be happier. Just got my discharge in the mail and every was very courteous and professional. Would definitely give 5 stars!
