I love my pet like a child. I took my dog in for treatment and 24 hours later my pet had the same swelling back. I called this place back to see if it was normal. Their response was maybe it was my fault. No, I doubt it was because I took the day off to make sure my baby was ok. That was $400 later. Now, to fix this problem I am looking at another $400-$600! They did not offer this originally to me which means it would be a total over $1,000!!!! Talk about price gouging! I called another Vet and they said never go to a 24 clinic because they hike the rate way way up! I understand that this is a business but seriously? Be honest with your customers!!! I would pay three times this amount to save my dogs. But when I found out what you did was basically a price hike and that my dogs condition was actually no big deal, yet you never told me that I feel suckered after $400!!! My advice, go somewhere else!!!!!

These caring people are available 24 hours to care for your pet. They are gentle with the animals as well as attentive and caring. When my cat was seriously ill they patiently took all of our phone calls, encouraged pet visits and kept us posted on everything they needed to do with him. Awesome care for our pet. I would recommend them for emergencies, but, as with all emergency services, they are pricey. I can't compare to others, because they were the only ones anywhere near us available 24 hours. Wouldn't you think all emergency clinics would be available at midnight for EMERGENCIES?

These caring people are available 24 hours to care for your pet. They are gentle with the animals as well as attentive and caring.
