Ken Baker Originals Of Wilmington

I moved to the area about two years ago. I love my BMW M5 and am very careful who I let work on her. I interviewed a couple of BMW shops in Wilmington and none made me as comfortable as the guys at Ken Baker Originals. I travel along the coast often and it's also nice to know they have several locations.

Not sure what happened with my fellow Mini owner. These guys have kept my Mini on the road for 268,000 miles. Always fair prices and quick turn around.

I took my Mini here for an oil change, and left with a massive estimate of almost $3,000 for repairs along with the rude customer service. Maybe the fact that my fiance is deployed and I'm a girl who doesn't understand cars was the reason they figured they could rip me off. I got a second opinion, and 350 dollars later, by Mini runs GREAT. Ken Bakers not only overcharged me, but made up problems that my Mini didn't even have!!! I was happy to find a FANTASTIC and HONEST shop, but Ken Bakers was NOT it!!

I have had my Mercedes since G55 AMG since new and at first only the local dealer serviced her. Then I looked for a good independent. I have tried imports and autowerks, specialists and speed shops. I can tell you Cal Baker is by far the most accommodating and knowledgeable in Wilmington. This place is small but just what you should demand when you drive a $85,000 machine!!
Cal showed me everything going on and explained every need and option!! So glad I heard his add!!
