My water heater seemed to have a mind of its own. It worked when it liked and would not lite up when I wanted it to. The last repair guy that I had work on it said I need a new water heater. I called Portland Plumbing Plus to have a new water heater installed but Bob told me I may not need to buy a new one after I explained the problem on the phone. I took what he said on the phone with a pinch of salt but when Bob arrived, It took him a half hour to fix the heater. He worked as if he knew exactly where the problem was and up until now my water heater has been up and running. Now this is the most honest and amazing plumber I ever met. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

What a disappointment. We called Portland Plumbing Plus at 6 p.m. tonight because of a furnace problem. "Bob" said the company would be able to fix the problem tonight, but that he had just arrived at a job site and would call us back. I asked him to estimate the latest time they would arrive. He dodged the question but said that he would call back. It's now 9 p.m., and we've had no call from Portland Plumbing. And our (turned-off) furnace still has a problem.

Hi Ann, Let me start by saying that I am deeply sorry for your experience with us. That evening when you called me, I made it clear to you that I just arrived a job site and would call you back when I clear from the job. And that was at 6 p.m. That was an emergency case at a lady's house who has very young children. Her husband was out of town and called us to help them. I spent almost all night trying to get this family help. I even had to go back the next morning to complete job. I wasn't able to tell you when I would come to your house because I was looking at a big life threatening risk at this lady's house and I needed to help them before I could go to another job. I didn't "dodge" your question, I was very clear when I said I can only call back when I finish current job. Please do call me and we would love to make this up to you. Portland Plumbing Plus is reputed for our 99.9% emergency plumbing/night-time service response. But you'd agree that I can only be at one place at a time. Thank you for your interest in Portland Plumbing Plus. Please let us make this up to you.As a woman that has been taken advantage of by plumbing companies more than once, I was paranoid and often panicky any time I needed to call a plumber, worse still when I must find one fast to repair an overflowing toilet. I had an emergency toilet overflow and braced myself for another plumber drama before I called this company, but I was wrong this time. Portland Plumbing Plus is different. The plumber is humble and charged exactly what his website advertised. I found a good plumber at last.

Our house was flooded late at night with no help or did we have any money to call a plumber. My sister-in-law mentioned this company and said she has heard many people say good things about how they can go out of their way to help people in difficulties. Well, my first response was "but not without paying them and not at this time of the night" She insisted that we call them and we did. I was reluctant to tell him on the phone we didn't have money to pay him and when i did tell him he said "I will come and look at it"
To my surprise, he came out immediately that same night and stopped water flowing in my house. I am most thrilled by this man's Godly nature. He was a God-sent that saved us that night and has shown me that we still have good people in this country.
I asked him how i can repay him for this wonderful gesture and love he has extended to us and he said "go there and write a review about us"
Well, millions of this review would not be enough to express how grateful I am for what you did for us. Thank you Bob! God will continue to bless you and your company. As you sow into people's lives, may God cause many to sow into your own life. Thank you!

This plumber came and quoted 4 hours for a work i was anticipating to take him 8 or more hours. And in less than four he was done. Wow! Great plumber, honest, efficient and fast.
It goes without saying that efficiency and speed is very economical so i was able to save some bucks.

These guys are revolutionizing home improvement services and should be encouraged for what they do. They are the only plumbing company that responded to my call and came out to do my gas piping. I spent far less than what i expected the work would take and the job was done perfectly.
I wasn't surprised when they mentioned they are Christians in the course of our conversation because there is something particularly special about them. Their selfless service is rare and i think they will surely succeed greatly if they are not tempted to change in the long run.
This is wishing Portland Plumbing Plus all the best in their endeavors and their vision to provide plumbing service to everyone irrespective of class or financial status. Please continue in the good work and i pray that you never become weary in doing good.

Bob is good at what he is doing. I wouldn't expect less from a plumber who has been around for so long. One thing though is very special about him and his company policies: He is not all out after the money but to impress. He is one of Portland's best and has continued to prove his worth in plumbing. I have used him for many years to do most plumbing works on my properties and not once has he disappointed. His humility and dedication to service is what has kept him moving to heights. I am proud of what you have achieved with P3 and i believe everyone who knows you would be proud of you. Congratulations and thanks for working for us with such sincerity and dedication. All stars to you man!

Portland plumbing plus is the best!! Bob showed up so quick on a Saturday afternoon and provided the most excellent service. He was fast and efficient and an absolute delight! Perhaps one of his most charming attributes was his philosophy, it didn't matter if you were rich or poor he just wants to provide Portland with the best plumbing services possible...and he did! My basement was flooded and my kitchen sink was to blame... I had no idea. He is wonderful and if i ever have another plumbing issue i would go to him. I dunno. Bottom line, it's some times really hard to find quality service at an affordable rate and this man does it all!

I should have done this earlier than now but was preoccupied with other things that i forgot. He came the next day as promised and i am satisfied with his work. I had someone send me a message stating that my first review was too judgemental and not fair on the company. Well, i tried to be fair to the company by writing without any bias. I made it clear that even though i didn't get same day service, they were very polite and honest about it. How else can i be fair to them? And i must state that my first review was purely born from my feelings at that time and wasn't to spite Portland Plumbing Plus. Isn't that what reviews are for? - To share one's experience and feelings.

My wife and i accepted to write a review for Portland Plumbing Plus because of our business experiences with them. As a construction contractor, i hire plumbers from time to time and have hired the best hands in the industry in the past. I tried Bob and his men and have more ease running my business now having handed over every plumbing aspect to Bob. He has not only proven his worth, he has impressed me and my wife every step of the way. I just got qualified for their Gold membership which means more business benefits according to him and when he brought this ticket to me, he asked if they are meeting our expectations. The answer is yes, of course yes. So he asked if i could write about my experience with him which i and my wife accepted without hesitation.

My friend recommended this company to me so i did a Google search to read more about it, i always did especially with skilled trade services. In my search i found not only useful information about Portland Plumbing Plus, but also a coupon i used to reduce cost. I had this man drive to four different locations where i had pending drain issues i have been putting away. I expected him to whine and grumble for getting less pay for all these jobs but he was as friendly and cheerful as he was when he arrived. My coupon says limit of 6 bathrooms but i am satisfied with paying only $150 for drain cleaning works in 4 different property locations. This is my first time with this company but i am giving 5 stars for this first impression. Thank you - Jeff

Installing garbage disposal cost $65.00. I was given one hour minimum quote on the phone; $95.00 to have my garbage disposal installed. Then used coupon I cut from his website to get $30.00 discount. Disposal was installed by Bob same day I called. Total cost was $65.00. Bob from Portland Plumbing Plus is friendly and professional at the same time. His company has about the best price for what I needed done. Will definitely use him again whenever I need plumbing.
There is not much more I can say that has not already been said of the quality of and integrity of plumbers at Portland Plumbing Plus. But maybe my review may help another person needing a plumber to trust. I have been extremely satisfied with p3 plumbing especially the after service support I receive when anything is not working properly. I've stayed a dedicated customer of p3 for many benefits but above all for quality service and backup guarantee. I found this company through Citysearch and I am adding to many great reviews that got my attention. My toilet was stopped up, my little boy the culprit. He shoved some stuff down the toilet that didnt have any business in there. The result: we got a situation on Saturday night. I searched around for a plumber and this Citysearch review kept popping up. Not left with many choices, I called Portland Plumbing Plus, the technician called earlier than the specified time to inform me he's out to my house (One great feature I didnt get from my past plumber) I was even more satisfied to learn that he's the owner. He had the blockage cleared in about 10 mins, didnt charge truck and weekend extra. Awesome!!! That's how best I can describe my experience with Bob
I will write a thank you note rather than a review of Portland plumbing plus since others have written a handful about their great jobs. It was Sunday and my basement was backing up with sewage, they responded fast, got it fixed and didn't charge more for working on Sunday. I could feel their concern for my problem by the way they worked tirelessly to solve the problem. Thank you for being there for me.
This company responded fast on my first call for an emergency drain blockage and drove out of town to fix the problem. I had called 3 other plumbers that have worked for me in the past before I called P3. 2 out of 3 did not answer their phone probably because It was after 5p.m and the only one that answered his phone said they won't do the work until the next day.
But Portland Plumbing Plus got the problem fixed that same evening. They solved the blockage problem and checked out other lines in under 45mins. This is my first time with them and I am convinced they are trustworthy like the other reviews said. Besides, they did a great job for only $59. Amazing!!! I have always needed a plumber I can hope on when the odds are high and now I have found a perfect match. I am keeping them for sure and recommending to everyone
I will start by highly recommending Portland Plumbing Plus firstly for the good job they have been doing. My associate spoke very well of Bob and his company so when i needed a plumber, i got their contact off my partner and i am glad that i did. I have used this company over and over again with no regrets. Now i have joined my partner to tell everyone who cares to listen that this company is way to go. So this is my first recommendation. My second recommendation is based on my last dealing with them. We have had this drain issue in one of our properties in Beaverton for a long time. I had him go over to look at it. He told me it is storm drain related and told me how much it would cost to get it cleared. What amazed me was that he told me about a discount program his company has and advised me to use it in order to save money. Wow! I had another company come out to look at my job before i called Portland plumbing plus. His price is three times lower than what i got earlier yet he did an excellent job. everyone should turn to Portland Plumbing Plus - my humble opinion, though.

I am recommending this company for Bob's honesty. He did a job for me and in the process another problem developed. He came back the next day and spent several hours to correct all problems and never charged for the second day. Even though i was mad at first for the long time it took to fix all problems, his sincerity by not charging for the repeat work won my heart. I should rate 5 stars for your honesty, but for the delays i will rate Portland Plumbing Plus 4 out of 5. I will always use you because you won my heart with your actions.
