Valley Carpet Cleaning Professionals-Porter Ranch

My dog urinated on the carpet and left a huge stain plus odor in my house. I called a company before Valley Carpet Cleaning Professionals and they told me that they could be at my house the following day and they never showed up. After I hired Valley Carpet Cleaning Professionals, they really showed me how professionals run their business. They arrived an hour after I called them and I was so happy when I saw my carpet. Good job!!

Can you believe that Valley Carpet Cleaning Professionals will answer you any time of the day? This is the first time I have met a carpet cleaning company that answered me at 10pm. I had a carpet cleaning emergency and they said that they could be there first thing in the morning! They came and did a great job. These guys are reliable and professional and will do anything to make sure that you??re happy.

I called Valley Carpet Cleaning Professionals to see if they could come see what the problem was and they were able to come in that same day. My carpet was in really bad condition but I did not know what needed to be done on it. They came and took a look at it and figured that it needed a pad replacement. I asked them how much it would cost and on the spot they gave me a great deal that I just had to hire them! They did a great job and my carpet looks really good now. I highly recommend them for all your carpet cleaning needs!

I never really noticed how dirty my carpets were until Valley Carpet Cleaning Professionals-Porter Ranch cleaned my carpets last week. They came into my house and were ready to clean instantly. I just wanted to thank them and let them know that their cleaning really does make a difference. It is actually nice to write a review for a company who really deserves it. Valley Carpet Cleaning Professionals-Porter Ranch is the perfect company to work with because they are not only enthusiastic but are also dedicated to their carpets cleaning work. I know this because they have been trained in the profession. They really get into there and sanitize everything to its deep core. This is my carpet cleaning company from now in...

let me tell you why:

I had a HUUUUUUUUUUUGE water damage (see how many U's I had to put down, it was that bad)
waking up to a soaking not only in your bedroom but in your kids room and part of your dining room.. NOT COOL! :(

I have never in my 45 years of living in the Porter Ranch area have I ever had to deal with a water damage. And to make things worse it was a Sunday my only day off, the day I relax. Darn!

As you could already imagine I was going crazy not only did my kids have to go to a basketball game but since it was my ONLY day off I wanted to go shopping have a little me time.. Soo long story short this messed up my whole day..

I started calling carpet cleaning companies in my area.. Of course NOT to my surprise most of them were closed or they were fully booked.. I swear to you all I was on like my 40th call when I found "Valley Carpet Cleaning Professionals-Porter Ranch" A nice lady answered by the name of "Stephanie" Before starting the conversation and wasting each other's time
I asked her "I have a water damage, can you send someone out ASAP!?" she answered with the most kindest words I could have heard all day and I quote " yes, they could be there in 30 minutes!" OMG I wanted to burst out into tears this was just an emotional situation for me, being a single mother its hard.

Made the appointment and had them come out... He came within 20 minutes.. now that's asap! he didn't have to feel anything just looking at the carpet you saw where the heck the water had hit it.. I told him I was unaware how long it had been sitting in my carpet since it happened over night and I am a heavy sleeper I mean aliens can come and take me and bring me back I wouldn't know it) He checked to see if there was any mold growing.. (which freaked me out) that was not something that even crossed my mind. I knew right away this company was the best company I could have hired. He did give me my price before starting the work. You know when they say "assume for the worst" well that's exactly what I did. It was surely going to be a hefty bill. But I knew it had to be done. I was still able to take my sons to their game and runs some errands. I really did feel comfortable leaving this companies techs in my home.. I knew what they were coming to do as much as they knew what they had to do .. After three hours of running errand in full speed, getting my kids from and to their games and getting them lunch I was finally back to the house. Finding the techs starting in one room because they were done with the other. I came to inspect and let me tell you it looked great. they not only eliminated the excess water but they cleaned the carpets. It looked great.

It took them about three more hours to be done with it all.. they left three humidifiers in all the rooms to let the carpets really dry. by the following when I came back from work my carpets were not only dry they were clean, they looked great.

I support this company thru and thru. they are a dependable company with a lot of experience. they came to my apt. that same day I called. I made sure to let them know that I needed all green chemicals, they assured me that was all they were using. and let me tell you it did a great job. all the stains were gone. I was really happy with the end results of it all. thanks a lot for all the hard work.

Improved the look of my carpet.. I am more than happy with the work, I am a satisfied client. they made sure to get all the stains out, Big ones, small ones, dark ones, red ones.. they took them alll out.. It was time for a carpet cleaning. now I needed to find the right company that would be able to do the job that I was looking for. I wanted at least some of the stains gone. I wasn't expecting a miracle. but make it look ok. I found this company online. decided to give them a call. they came and before I knew it they were cleaning my carpet. when they were done and I came to check out after a four hour long period of me being gone. the techs came to clean my area rugs they told me it would be best for them to take it and clean it in there warehouse. I decided to follow their advice. It wouldn't cost me extra to have them pick it up and deliver it back to me. when they finally brought them back ( it took 5 business day) they looked brand new. I was very happy indeed.

I had them clean a beige loveseat that had some nail polish on it. I was devastated when I spilled some thinking it would never come out and I'd have to get a new one. I searched for a compay that would help me get rid of the problem and yet not damage the fabric, it was a bit tought but as I spoke with a dispatcher I was convinced I wanted to work with them because of their non-toxic cleaning supplies. As the technician finished the job I saw his incredible work and I couldn't be happier, I ceratinly did not have to buy a new.

Thankfully I have Valley Carpet Cleaning Professionals to do the hard work for me, they do such an incredible job, I always call them. I have a 4 year old that runs everywhere all the time and is always spilling things here and there but thanks to great to your great work its easy to get the carpet cleaned and left in incredible condition.

I couldn??t believe how affordable you really are. My living room carpets had a lot of stains. I was afraid that it was going to cost a lot to clean the carpet. A neighbor gave me your number and told me that you guys always have great deals in carpet cleaning. After your guy was done cleaning my carpets I felt like I had to leave a great tip for the great work. He removed all the stains. Thanks for everything.
