I had a very BAD experience with jack james towing.I was badly injured in a hit/run accident in august 2010. CHP contracts with this RUDE company.Yes I complained to CHP. Every person that my family,my insurance company,the other insurance company and finally myself dealt with at jack james was rude and very hard to deal with.I was in the hospital 10 weeks.JJ towing kept saying I had to come there to sign paperwork.all the while racking up $60/day.These people are extremely difficult to work with.On top of it all,while my vehicle was "suppose" to be safe and secure these people piled some of their trash/junk in the back of my suburban. My hope is that the CHP will find a company to award the local contract to.I hope the people from jack james read these reviews and maybe think about the people on the otherside of the counter.
Maybe this will help some consumer to choose another tow company. I highly recommend AM/PM Towing in Fremont.Rob and Mary do an awesome job in the customer service dept.

When I call in for road side assistance I don't get to choose and have gotten a few company's. Jack James has been one of them to come out before and the wait time was less than 30 min. I was happy with the time it took them to get there and driver was polite and was done in less than 5 min. unlocking my car.
