Keryn's Pre Owned Auto Sales

I bought a 2007 BMW 335i as a special order. Keryn found the car I was looking for within a week. The car was very CLEAN inside and out with no apparent mechanical issues. Also she took the car to the dealer for a "BMW" inspection and diagnostic at my request pre-purchase.The dealer found no present issues and no previous warranty work. The paperwork process went smooth and was over in about 20 minutes. I would definitely use this dealer again as well as recommend her to my associates. I purchased a car from her in 2006. I've since expanded my family and needed a larger vehicle. I purchased a 2005 minivan from her a few months ago and the experience was more than pleasant. The purchase experience was fun and professional. It just took a little while to explain the contracts and paperwork (which was expected). She's a very nice person, keeps in contact and goes the extra mile. I've referred all of my friends and family to her and made $300 in referrals since. She definitely has me as a life long customer. I am extremely satisfied with her expertise and my new van.

I purchased a car by this dealer, and even though she can come off like she cares, the bottom line is that it's all about her pocketbook. I was very dissatisfied with her lack of availability, and the office where she rents a space from is totally fed up with her from what I could see.

The car itself was in pretty good condition, but her approach to repairing the car after I got it looked at, she retracted her promise to repair what the mechanic had found, stating that it wasn't anything major.

Overall, I really had a bad experience with her company, and I would advise all who may want to give her a try to inspect the car first don't go on her word about anything. She is inexperienced and she is all about money, not customer satisfaction....

Avoid this place!!!!
