Ocean Terrace Condominiums

Excellent family-friendly condominium building in Lincoln City. There is an indoor heated pool and game room for the kids (and adults! to enjoy. There is also a sauna adjacent to the pool. The condo buildings back up to the coast, so it only takes a hike down a couple staircases and a small sand dune to get down to the ocean beach. The condos are always affordable, but during the off season you truly cannot find a better deal. Each condo is uniquely and tastefully decorated. There was plenty of room in our unit for our family of 6. The upkeep and maintenance throughout the condominium building is excellent.
