Very fast. The technician that arrived actually arrived at my home 10 minutes before our appointment, I was the one running late. He made sure I did not have any questions regarding the process and was careful while doing the replacement.

First Call Auto Glass had availability first hand of the parts and window(s). Just with a quick call, we scheduled a next day appointment (given the option of mobile or bringing the vehicle to their shop) I decided to bring it into the shop. Within an hour my car had a brand new window which was maintained very well. Overall I definitely recommend this place.

This place is GREAT. We had someone completely smash the window of our car, and they got us in first thing in the morning and were finished before 9:30 am. We were going to go through insurance, but it was way cheaper to replace our window with them than meet our deductible. I was worried about leaving my car in our complex with no window overnight, so they let us drive it there and keep it in their garage until the next day. \n\nThe woman who works there (we were at the Oceanside location), Betty, was the nicest woman I've ever met. She definitely went out of her way to help me and my husband, and we were so lucky to have called them. We looked around, but they seemed good from the reviews and I'm glad we chose them. They even vacuumed out all the glass for us.
