Jerry Lentz construction is not what it used to be. I think the guy is retiring that is why he doesn't care about his previous customers anymore. They worked on our skylights on Jan. 23, 2010 because it was leaking and after giving them the check Jerry said that it is good for at least a year. Well, on March 3, 2010 it is leaking again, so we called Jerry and he said he will call us back. He never call us back and he doesn't answer his telephone anymore. I'm contemplating of reporting him to the Better Business Bureau.

Friendly and professional service.
They were very prompt and efficient.
Very professional and performed a great installation of a skylight.
Jerry Lentz was always on time when he said that he would show up to give the estimate and then do the final work. However, he needed reminding to order our skylight after we sent him the down payment. The work he did today looks fine and he cleaned up the mess after putting a tarp down in the kitchen area....he took all of the discards and I am recommending him to a friend.
We didn't use the other recommendations because they never showed up when asked for an estimate...didn't even call to let us know that they would not come out....waited and waited.
Workers bickered with other. Contractor/owner was. Never around to supervise.
They are professional. Before the projecct, they prepare everything to protect the floor and furnitures ; after the project, they clean up. I enjoy my skylights very much.
Good, reliable, "old style" kind of shop. Expensive.
Showed up on time and installed sun tunnel and light kit quickly. Good quality work at reasonable price. Would have been nice if they could have been aware and advise of conflicts with the light kit and motion sensors, as the light stopped working shortly after installation. They came back to diagnose and charged extra because the issue was not with the light kit per se, but a conflict between it and the motion sensor.
Very prompt and professional.
