Hector really impressed me with his efforts to repair our heating system today. He really did everything he could to save it and get it working. At the end of the day we decided to just cut our losses and put a new heating unit in. Hector really gave it his all and I can't say how grateful I am to him and A-1 Plumbers. The customer service, their understanding, their timely manner and efficient work are all worth writing a review for. I honestly think that Hector is the hardest worker I have seen in many many years. So nice.

I found this company after reading prior reviews from customers. Initially I spoke with David who at my request scheduled an appointment the following afternoon. Dominic called the following day and was on time. He explained the repair, showed me the estimate and upon my approval completed the work in a timely manner. The price was fair, the work excellent and Dominic was personable. I would highly recommend this firm for future work and will definitely utilize them again.

he techinician was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. in fact he went above and beyond in giving me a quote and advice so that the problme was not only fixed, but it was done in a short time period, and i learned how to prevent another issue in the future.

I am not usually one to write a review, but I had such a good experience today using this company, I thought what the heck! Ed was a super technician who came to my home today to fix my laundry line. He knew what the problem was straight away and he gave me a very reasonable quote before he started working. I thought it was honest that he quoted me before doing the work instead of doing it and trying to overcharge me later. He was nice, professional and honest. What more can you ask for? Oh yeah, I used my credit card too, that was helpful.

Jason fixed my air conditioner today and he was really good. He came fifteen minutes early, which was great since I had to be somewhere...he had all his parts out in his truck and he knew how to get our unit up and running again. He was very professional and the price was good too.

If you need a good air conditioning service company these guys are the way to go. I have used them every year for maintenance of all my ac units (I have rental properties) and they are always the best service and the best prices. I think they offer a coupon with the first time service also. Great job guys.

Major Brownie points for A-1 Plumbing who showed up at our home withn 1 hour of our placing our order. Claudio was super nice and he replaced our AC freon liquid for a good price. air conditioning is a must on these ridiculously hot sunny Californian days! Thank goodness for great service companies like A-1 who can show up in 1 hour and fix whatever your problem may be. I have always used A-1 and they continue to imprss me. I have never had a bad experience.

So my little 2 year old dropped my ring down the drain today in the bathroom..I know I know...why did I leave my ring on the counter...anyways....point is A-1 came and found it for me. Amen. I owe you guys big time! Hopefully my sweetie won't start speaking clearly enough to give my husband all the details just yet. I love kids!

Air conditioning service was good. I turned it on for the first time today and of course like everything else in my life...it didn't work properly. Luckily, the AC guy Martin from A-1 did work properly and he was wonderful from A-z. I am nice and cool and the cost was reasonable also.

Had to have our main line cleared out at my business today and Martin was great. He had to snake and jet our line, but in the end it all worked out great and everything is flowing. I appreciate the quick and good service. Thanks to you.

Great people work here. They came to my home and did a leak detection to find a leak we had in our wall. They did a perfect job finding the leak and repairing it. They charged us a good fair price as well. we were happy wth the service.

I have used plumbers for a wide variety of services since I bought my home in 2000. It seems like I have had one problem after the next. This time was different because when I needed a plumber I found A1. From the first phone call, to the last day of work they did for me I had nothing but good service & awesome techs. I will not use anyone else now. For any of my other plumbing or AC needs I am going to call them again. I would refer them to my own Mom, that is how much I liked them.

I am really glad I found this co. they helped me figure out a major plumbing problem in my condo. I had a leak behind one of my walls. they came out and did a leak detection and found the problem. They were very professional and they were reasonably priced considering all the stuff i had to have done.

I had a new water heater put in today and the service was very good. The price was right and the guys came out right away and removed my old piece of junk and replaced it with a great water heater that is running beautifully. Very pleased with these guys.

I had roots in my sewer line and A-1 was able to repair my line and resolve all of the mess that these roots had caused my line. I appreciated their good service and knowledgeable technician that was able to help me. I imagine if they were this helpful for a major problem they would be just as great for a smaller plumbing issue. I will use this company again.

I can't say enough about how great the service was from the plumber we called at A-1. He had excellent knowledge and great people skill. He was fantastic.
