DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. I went in looking for a dock charger for my blackberry because it would no longer charge from the port. The salesman there mislead me and said those were very expensive and convinced me to buy an external battery

I'm not sure about the individual side, but our company uses Cellular Fantasy and they have been great. I think they have a corporate side that is seperate from the retail location. They have been able to handle unusual requests and they

Cons: don't always get the newest phones

The owner of the store who is also the head salesman (Steve) tries to cheat money out of you in anyway he can. I've heard of multiple instances when he's overcharged customers on plans and cell phones. I would never recommend Cellular
