im a little skeptical when it comes to locksmiths, I mean, complete strangers unlocking your car or even letting them into your house. but these guys definitely make the experience very comfortable because right away when you meet one of their technicians, they greet you and they treat you with such respect. they take their time to make sure you feel comfortable with them. It feels like they actually care about your situation, not just there to make a quick buck; like every other locksmith around :/ this company definitely has what it takes to make it really far as a business. keep up the good work guys.

I was in a really big hurry to get my car unlocked to get my keys back and get to work. My friend had told me about this awesome locksmith service that was super fast! I gave them a call and they showed up in about 20 minutes and had me back into my car and I was back on my way to work in no time! Thanks!

After my girlfriend and I broke up things were pretty crazy. She had broken into my house and stolen a few of my things that she believed were hers and the police had to get involved and it was just insanely chaotic. Anyway I just couldn't live knowing that my house was vulnerable to break ins and I needed to higher security locks and bars on the windows. I called around to find the best prices I could get and I wound up with this place. They stayed true to all of their quoted prices and showed up right on time! Thanks!

I'm not sure what's up with the negative reviews, especially from one guy is post several reviews on locksmith companies. What is that deal?! idk. but I actually used this company over the weekend bc I locked my keys inside my car. Not many ppl can get into a bmw, so I'm impressed they were able too. They didn't make not one scratch or any damages. They were a reasonable price considering the type of car I have. Everything went great. I give 100 stars if I could.

Best Locksmith Service I have seen and used in the area. Very couteous, honest and let me just say, they are really fast. They came out really quickly and opened the lock within minutes. The employee was very friendly and careful so there was no damamges.

The service tech had all the equipment on his truck. He was clean, polite and honest with services. The bill for service was very reasonable. I will be calling him back out to the city to take care of some of my other building because I was so happy with service. I was amazed an honest locksmith in my city!

They changed my apartment door lock and handle after these were shattered when someone tried to break into my West Village Apartment last night. The technician was very helpful.

I was burglarized last week on Wednesday, they took every thing that valuable in my house. The doors were opened and there was one broken window. I think if I would of had some better locks it would of made a difference. So we got some! Thanks!

I think this is a great company to work with. I called to make an appt with them and they showed up on time, A+, the worker was very polite and professional, another A+, and the overall process of everything and the billing was fairly simple. I am just amazed. I do recommended them to all my friends and family.

I purchased a safe from this company. It was such a great experience from the beginning, that I have been a returned customer and purchased other things from them. Roy, he was the person who sold me the safe. He is knowledgeable and explained all the added values of each safe in retrospect to the manufactures. He listened and didn't try to rip me off by selling me something I did not need. He's a good guy. I do recommend Sherman Oaks Lock & Safe if you need any locksmith service done. They are a store front AND they do house calls! Great company

I needed duplicate keys made for my office so I decided call this Locksmith. What a great locksmith service they gave! The technician was there in less than 30 minutes to make duplicate keys for me. He was very friendly and gave me a great price on the duplicate keys, better than the other locksmith companies I had called, who tried to over charge me. If you need to make keys I recommend this Locksmith company over all the other guys. You wont be disappointed.

When I called to ask around for pricing, the dispatcher who answered was very friendly and helpful. So I asked if they could come out that day, which the do have same service. Perfect. The technician who arrived was clean cut, professional young man. I was very impressed. He knew what he was doing and how to do it. He repaired a few locks that weren't working too properly in my home and also changed some. Great service. Great company. I do recommend them to my friends.

Needed help opening my car when I was visiting some friends I locked my keys inside. dumb me. they came out fast and opened it for a fairly great price. im happy with the service
