I have been going to Rubio Optical since i was 13 years old; I am now 28 and still am a patron. For fifteen years i have never been let down by a pair of glasses i have recieved from Rubio. Their employees are always very freindly and and knowledgeble, and go out of their way to help. If my children need glasses, this is definitely the place I will take them! I suggest anyone looking for a great pair of glasses and nice people to deal with try our Rubio Optical.

This company is the worst company for glasses that I have dealt with in the past. My son's glasses were not made as described. I at first refused to pick them up. They told me to take them and see how he adjust to them and then call if there was a problem. I did and left a message that same day saying that they were not acceptable. They told me since I had left with them, there was nothing I could do. These glasses that were supposed to be bendable and the demonstrated this by twisting them almost to a pretzel. A child was no supposed to be able to break them, however, the sold me their display that they used to bend and within 2 months I watched as my son remove his glasses at bedtime and they split at the nose bridge. They were under warrant,y so I returned them and the insisted I had to have the same item. They were supposed to notify us when they were in and they did not. I finally called to see if they had arrived and they told me that they had sold them because I had not picked them up. I checked the cell phone records that they claim to have called and there was no call. They did reorder the glasses, but refused to provide the glasses case that had come with the glasses. My son does have the glasses, however, the cool case that he had loved that was used to protect the glasses was taken by this company and not returned. I would highly recommend using a different company.
