I've been a customer of Stoneway Hardware for a number of years. I used to work just down the street from the store and always did a lot of fix-it projects as well as display building. Stoneway Hardware has always had what I needed to get the projects done. Now I own a small plumbing company and from time to time I come in for certain specialty items that my plumbing wholesale house's just don't carry. What I really enjoy over the big box stores is the fact that everything is in it's place and well stocked! Thank you Stoneway Hardware, keep up the good work!

Message from Stoneway Hardware
We were founded in 1986 by five friends in the Hardware industry who saw the need for a locally owned neighborhood hardware store. What started out as a 3000 square foot hardware mini-mart has now grown into a 12,000 square foot specialty hardware powerhouse. We are fortunate to have extremely supportive neighbors, who have watched us grow over the years, and that support is appreciated. Like many of you, we hate the big box stores. Rather than trying to be everything to everybody, we decided long ago to focus on our areas of expertise. If you are looking for lumber for a new deck, we are going to send you to one of our local lumberyards, but we will sell you the right fasteners to build it. If your toilet is leaking, we will sell you the right parts to fix it, and we have the staff to explain how to do it. The next time you are in the neighborhood, stop by and visit Seattle's biggest little hardware store.
