Roadway Moving - NYC Moving Company

Roadway Moving proved to be very helpful for me and my family when we had to move to a different state. They were very careful with any fragile items we had and they were very polite as well. My experience with them was great, and I think many others would say the same. They really strive to be on time and make sure the customer is satisfied. I felt like I could trust these people with my belongings and it made my move that much less stressful. I'll use Roadway Moving if we ever move again, absolutely recommended.

We are so pleased with the services we received from Roadway Moving team on our move not too long ago. Elad and his crew were very friendly, polite, efficient and nice to be around. They arrived early to load our furniture and got it done without any fuss. We had great experienced with Roadway Moving, nothing was too much trouble for them and everything was delivered as promised. Their costs are unbeatable. I can't recommend them enough.

Roadway Moving recently moved the contents of my 2 br apartment to SC and I must say they did a great job. From the beginning I knew I made the right decision to use this company as I could reach them every time I called with a question. All my concerns were erased when they showed up on my moving day right on time with a crew of highly qualified workers led by a guy named Robert. I did most of my own packing so there were only a few particular items for the guys to pack. They honored their delivery window they had originally given me which was a concern of mine from the start. Nothing damaged or broken and they were in and out within just a few hours. They made my life so much easier just by sticking to their word and doing what was agreed upon. If you're looking for an honest company, look no further than roadway Moving. Highly recommend.

I know that most of the movers are nothing but big mouths, but Roadway Moving movers are different. They know how to get the job done. I was very impressed with them during my move. Elvin and his crew arrived on time and were well prepared for the move. I loved their organized effort and willingness to help. They have not only provided a very smooth move, they have also gave me some tips, which helped me a lot to save some money. Roadway Moving team were great. I used them for a move from NYC to TX. Not only did they beat the prices of all the other big moving companies, but they were able to give me exact dates for delivery up front, which was crucial to making my move work on such a tight time frame. Ben and his crew was very professional and thorough in packing my fragile belongings and assembling and disassembling my furniture. Not a single box lost and no damage to any of my prized belongings. I would recommend Roadway Moving to anyone.

I used many moving companies because I relocate a lot and that is why I also seen the horror of relocation. Most of the time movers cause delay and lost valuable stuffs plus damaged and broken things are common. So, I do have a fear of relocation but due to my job I have to relocate frequently. However, last week when I moved to SC the experience was a complete reverse. This time the movers from Roadway Moving did perform as if it was their own move. They arrived on time, brought the necessary tools and packing materials with them, packed the belongings with great care and efficiency, moved all the goods without a scratch at the destination and also saved about an hour from the allotted time. They also helped us storing the goods. They did not ask for any additional charge or never asked for a big advance before the move. Overall, I do have every reason to recommend Roadway Moving.

I was looking for an honest and affordable movers for my move from NY. Roadway Moving was recommended to me by my friend. Joe at the office was very nice and explained very detail all the charges that may will apply. At the end my bill stayed the same as original quote and I stay within my budget. I was told up front about any extra and I was very pleased with their honesty. Roadway Moving team work like there was no tomorrow fast, efficient and professional. I couldn't ask for more. We are a family of 5 in NY area. Relocating from a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath condo to a similar size unit. Roadway Moving stopped by to give us a free on site quote and was very competitive to other movers we sought estimates from. He provided a not-to-exceed figure so this was very helpful when budgeting our moving costs. It was also an all-inclusive quote. We booked the job based on reviews and the quote as we didn't have a personal referenced to go by. Moving day - The moving team, a total of 4 movers arrived on time at 9 AM and were very motivated to get things going. We packed and sorted best as we could. We did have some other smaller items that were to be left behind. They communicated well and asked a lot of questions. Bear in mind that we live on the 3rd floor! We moved to another 3rd floor unit within the same community.

We moved a few weeks ago with Roadway Moving, everything was going to plan until one of the movers slipped in a puddle while carrying a mirror and broke it. Even though it wasnt his fault a few days later the same mover came back to our new house with a brand new mirror. We told him it really wasnt necessary but he insisted and apologized for being clumsy, we thought that it was really sweet that he went out of his way to do that for us. Were really happy we used their service, they really care.

This was my first experience using movers in NYC. I selected Roadway Moving based on numerous positive reviews I'd seen online. Jeffery was quick to reply to my initial quote request and was always very friendly during our interaction. On moving day, Ben and his crew arrived promptly and were very friendly and professional. They took care of all my items and made sure everything was wrapped and taped. They were all a nice bunch of guys who clearly enjoyed working together as a team.

inexpensive and a job well done. They were on time for pick up and drop off, all of the furniture was in one piece and nothing in our boxes was broken. Bravo, Roadway!

They started at 9 (they even showed up early) and were done by about 1pm. I'd never seen anything like it. They were also the cheapest company we found after pretty extensive research. We simply cannot recommend this company enough!

The crew was really friendly and the move was completely painless, both for my parents who were at the move location and for myself who was waiting in my apartment for the furniture to arrive. The entire process was wonderful. I would strongly recommend Roadway to my friends and family.

This company is top drawer. I have used several movers but would only use Roadway. From start to finish it has been totally professional. Nothing was too much for any member of the team. The quote was reasonable and the communications were excellent.

Roadway Moving arrived a few minutes early, worked very hard and couldn't have been more pleasant throughout the whole day. They managed to bring heavy furniture up a staircase. When they couldn't bring up my computer desk, they took it apart and put it back together perfectly! They are just amazing and I also definitely recommend them.

Roadway Moving was great! I was really worried about how much I could spend on my move, and Roadway gave me a very reasonable quote. They were on time, moved all my furniture quickly and effortlessly. They were good guys, fun to talk too, were so helpful. Would recommend them to anyone!

I would definitely use Roadway Moving again. They were great. From the first phone contact to actual moving day. They did everything they said they would and worked fast, and took great care of my things. The guys were super friendly and efficient. In spite of the bad weather, they kept smiling and made the day stress free for me. I would recommend them without hesitation and will call them for my next move.

Man, what can I say? These guys are my movers for life! Quick, efficient and focused. I gave had some horrible experiences with movers both professional and "friends/family" but this was as close to a dream as you can get during such a stressful time as moving. The would have finished under the estimate except some extras I had ordered didn't appear on the work order but. It was still far and away the best experience I've had in a long time.

I love these guys. Not only have I used them to move my things, I have recommended them many times over to clients. I always get great feedback from my clients. As a real estate agent I can only recommend the services of vendors that perform to my standards. These are the hardest working movers you will ever meet. They do it efficiently, carefully and are nice to boot. In addition, they are very competitive in their pricing. No need to look anywhere else!

Agree with the reviews here. They are an awesome moving service. I moved here from Albany and they really took care of everything as if they were moving their own personal belongings. Nothing was broken which I found to be amazing.

Great experience. Arrived slightly early, asked questions whenever they were unsure about something, completed the move within the time estimated and at the right price. (Review is for moving from 2-bedroom condo to 2-bedroom, 2-level apt in nearby neighborhood.) No complaints.

Just hired these guys for our home move recently. Very good service, hard workers, on time, and the price even came out a little lower than their original quote for our move, which is always a pleasant surprise. Would definitely recommend these guys again to anyone looking to move their home.

Moving is stressful to begin with, then on top of that you put your trust in people you don't know with your personal belongings. Well I have to say that Roadway Moving did a great job and got my things from one place to the next safely. The guys were extremely friendly and really made me feel a lot better about things.

1. Planning: We were moving our family and home of 16 years from Brooklyn. Difficult enough to pack and prepare for the BIG move. Any stress of planning the move was taken away from Ross, the owner who came in and estimated to a Tee. Very supportive and helpful in every way. 2. Estimating: Assured us that his assigned Foreman and Moving Team would take care of the little details as needed. 3. Packing Day: Like clockwork. The Foreman did a walk through and figured out his "Tetris" game of planning the packing of the truck. Pleasant to talk to and a few good stories along the way. It was a real TEAM effort. 4. The guys packed like sardines, but careful, careful and did I say careful. Organized and like military commandos. Helpful and understanding. Great job and moved the piano as if it were a baby! 5. Move-in Day. They arrived on time and unpacked and distributed the items in ORDER and careful and mindful of the new finished floors and paint. Drop blankets over all floors and the goal was NOT to touch any walls. Okay they touched a few. 6. Unwrapped and listened to our requests and they were so helpful and pleasant to work with. We ate on the front lawn and they packed up and waved as they drove away. 7. USE them!

I was referred to Roadway Moving by a trusted friend and they far exceeded his high praise. They showed up right when they said they would, and worked so hard (think: running from the van to the house in between trips) for two hours, never slowing up. He was joined by two other gentlemen who were likewise very hard-working, clever and friendly. Our house was not the easiest to move into, with lots of stairs and they employed several different methods of individual tote-carrying such as the "sherpa" to keep from wearing down. I was thoroughly impressed by their work ethic. Highest marks.

Recently moved to Pennsylvania after a number of years in New York thanks to the help of these guys. Had 3 in-home estimates done down there, but after worrying about the timing for the arrival of our things along with the fact that most of the lines we were talking to don't make regular trips out that way we got in touch with Roadway Moving. The fact that they could physically do an in-home inspection was the easiest part of the process. They gave me a very good price and the assurance they'd be in Pennsylvania by the day we needed them to. The movers themselves were excellent. Really great guys. Smart, capable and fast without being careless...plus they were more than willing to entertain my small daughters' moving industry curiosities.

I used Roadway Moving a few years ago for a cross-city move and they did great. They showed up on time, protected the furniture with plastic wrap and moving blankets and loaded the truck in about an hour. Unloading took a little longer because they had to dis-assemble the bed frame to get upstairs. Nothing was damaged, the cost was the same as the estimate I had been given on the phone. All-in-all a great experience and I'd definitely use them next time I move.

My wife and I was planning on moving to Florida to stay closer to our families, but it would be such a hassle for us to keep coming back to get our stuff since our car wouldn't fit everything. I was refer from a friend to use Roadway Moving. I gave them a call got an estimate and seems like a good deal so we went with them. It was very convenient because all I had to do was wait at my place in Florida for them to arrive. They got there right on time and when everything was still in perfect condition. I will definitely recommend my family and friends.

Great company to go with if you want your furniture in the same condition that it was in when they picked it up, they did a great job, I will refer to them to other people I know that will be moving !! .
