I didn't know where to turn but a colleague of mine suggested Surplus Property Management, so I gave them a call and I have been stress-free ever since.

As a person who travels frequently, this has been very beneficial, since it can be kind of hard to take care of repairs, etc., when you're out of town. This service is worth every penny! I've referred many of my friends to Surplus PM and they have all been more than satisfied.
