I took my car to get an estimate for the damages caused by someone else. He kept on saying, "So this damage came from another incident?" I informed him that it was not and he then said, "We'll just have to let the adjuster decide that."
I did not appreciate how he kept on saying that for everything when the police report clearing stated what happened. From now on, I will not s[eak to any Allstate agent unless they have a "Premier Service Agency" designation.
