I cant say enough about this place!! They are open when the other places arent. My girl jumped out of the car window. I was so scared when I brought her to the animal hospital. The took her to the back gave her some pain meds. The eased my worried thoughts while I was waiting. The cleaned up her cuts and we where on our way!!

I would highly recommend this hospital. My 10 year old lab, Cali, had stopped eating, started throwing up, and seemed very uncomfortable. I ended up taking her into this hospital around 11:30PM and the staff was very welcoming. They got my information and brought Cali into the back within 15 minutes of being there. They ran a few tests and found out Cali had pancreatitis. I had to leave her there for a couple days. I called probably three times a day to check on her and the staff was very knowledgable about my dog and happy to tell me how she was doing. The doctor there also kept me updated and was helpful in keeping the bill within my budget. I would definiely go back if I ever needed to.

The doctors at this place are well practiced, and the hospital is very welcoming! I came in one night at some horrible hour with my Shepard mix, Jackson. Jackson was looking very unbalanced and his eyes were shooting back and forth, almost as if he was having a seizure-like episode. Scared, I rushed him into this hospital and they brought him into the back area right away. I was happy to see that they took him in so quickly. As the doctor, Dr. Hocutt, and the technicians helped Jackson, the receptionist was very sweet to explain that he's seen that type of behavior often. He was able to calm me down and was very patient with me. Within a short while, Dr. Hocutt came into the room and explaned that Jackson had some sort of infection that was making him act that way. She said Jackson could be cured with a simple antibiotic. She explained that Jackson looked much worse-off than he really was. The bill was not unreasonable, and they were very understanding that I didn't have a lot of money. It took about an hour and a half total, and Jackson and I were very pleased with the care we got at this hospital. On a side note, there was no pungent odor that I have smelled in other vet hospitals, and the overall appearance seemed very clean. I was satisfied with the services that we recieved, and I would keep this place in mind for any other unfortunate doggy circumstances.

I never would have thought that I'd have to go to an emergency animal hospital with my pet, but I guess as a pet owner, these things happen. One of my friends mentioned that this was one of the better emergency hospitals in the Valley to go to, so I decided to give it a shot... and am I ever glad I did!

I came home from work, only to find my best buddy (my 14 year-old dog) had vomited a few times on the floor and was looking lethargic. I called the animal hospital ahead of time and was greeted by a friendly voice on the phone who assured me that I should bring him in. When I got there, I was filling out some paperwork when I saw someone else's cat that was hit by a car come in. I was impressed to see how quickly the situation was dealt with and how professional everyone was in handling it. I had a to wait a little bit, but I know this is just the nature of emergency. In the meantime, I was assured that I would be seen as soon as possible and was offered to help myself to some coffee from the coffee machine in the lobby (which, by the way, has an awesome selection of drinks to choose from.. just saying, it was a nice touch!). When it was my turn to be seen, I was kindly escorted into an exam room where one of the technicians listened to my dog's heart and lungs and took his temperature. Very shortly after, Dr. Cavanaugh came into the room to speak with me about what might be wrong with my dog. He was clear, thorough, and very professional. When performing the physical exam, he was gentle with my old guy. Given the nature of what was going on, he suggested that we run some bloodwork to see how his various body systems were functioning. After everything was said and done, it turned out that my baby was severely dehydrated and had pancreatitis. Dr. Cavanaugh recommended that we hospitalize him in order to rehydrate him, make him comfortable, and get him back to his normal self. I was sad to have to leave my baby for the night, but judging by how nice everyone was and how well everyone seemed to handle everything, I knew he would be in good hands. On top of that, the staff was kind enough to reassure me that I could call at anytime to see how he was doing!

Overall, great hospital and great people who really care about animals. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a pet in need!
