Great job, fast response. Couldnt ask for more, except maybe a little lower cost... but then you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend for quality servcie.

Fast Water Heaters did a superb job for me. The installer's name was Matt. He was very friendly, and was extremely efficient. He told me exactly what needed to be done, and he was very patient with my situation. I had water all over my floor, and Matt to care of the total mess. My water heater is working extremely well with no problems. I like the fact that Matt took his time to do such a nice job with padding the pipes and fixing what needed to be fixed. He cares about the quality of work he does, and wants the customer to be completely satisfied with his work which I was!!!! I would recommend Fast Water Heater to anyone, and I would recommend Matt to any customer as well. Again this company did a super job for me, and I cannot be more pleased with the efficient work that was accomplished.

Great service. They were prepared to do the install the same day. I called Lowes and Sears but decided to go with The Home Depot/FAST. They were so much more knowledgeable then the two others and better priced. They provided a better warranty also. I would recommend these two companies!

The service was quick and professional. After requesting installation, the water heater was installed the next day. The installer was courteous and knowledgeable reference the product and safety code requirements. The installer was very thorough and enabled my water heater to pass the permit process without any additional changes.

On time, clean job, knowledgeable, friendly. The new water heater works great.

Purchased a GE/Rheem 38 gal. gas water heater thru Home Depot in the mornng, who referred me to Fast. Fast responded and installed the product on the afternoon of the same day, arriving w/in the 3 hour window promised. Matt the plumber was very friendly, and completed the project in 1 1/2 hours.

What a friendly company! The technician (Matt) was very nice and explained everything in detail regarding pricing, equipment, management etc. I was originally referred by Home Depot and I thought it would be a whatever company, but this company blew all my expectations away! I know who to go to now for water heater stuff!

I was referred to Fast Water Heater Company by Home Depot when I purchased a new water heater recently after mine unexpectedly died. I found that I was very satisfied with this company. They were very professional with a quick response to my call. The representative Steve called pro to his arrival to let me know he was on the way. When he arrived he took the time to survey the situation so he could accurately understand the particulars of my installation and he spent time to review the specifics of the installation with me. The installation was done swiftly, cleanly, and quietly. Steve was very professional and he made sure he reviewed my contract with me prior to leaving and left the contact information with me in case I had any questions after he left. My experience was positive and I would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation.

I was referred to Fast Water Heater Company by Home Depot. The water heater needed replacing and I needed a hot shower. Stat. I called around 9am and by 3:30 Charlie was at my house removing the old piece of junk and putting in the new one. He took the time to explain everything to me (including how to light the pilot light if I ever need to know how) and making sure I was comfortable with the process. My water heater closet is cleaner now than it has been in 10 years and all of the spiders are dead. I can't recommend Fast Water Heater Company enough! I was walking in the park today with a friend and saw the truck drive by and I had to interrupt her to point it out and tell her about my new water heater!

We've had our old water heater for a little more than 10 years now and it finally began to break down a few days ago. After a recommendation from Home Depot, we set a date to have our new water heater installed. They were punctual, courteous, and all-together very helpful in installing our new water heater. I would recommend Fast's services to anyone in need of quick, efficient water heater services.

I am very pleased with the service provided, they installer was helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure he did a good, correct job. The company was easy to deal with and responsive to my needs.

My old water heater started to leak. I headed to Home Depot and got connected with Fast Water Heater for same day installation. They were very helfpful and they made sure I bought the right size and kind of water heater. Within hours, Matt came to install the new water heater. He was very professional and very nice. He explained everything to me so I know exactly what he was doing. If Fast is reading this, I suggest you give him a raise because he did a great job! The water heater area was much cleaner than it was before he got there. My husband even said that it's too bad we can't hire him to do all the other fixes in our house. I highly recommend using this company.

My water heater broke down this morning and by the end of the day, I had a brand new water heater. Ivan installed it and was he was very professional and cleaned up behind him! I highly recommend this company! One of the best service companies I have used in a while!

I really appreciated that the installers were on time, friendly & very efficient. They also were very careful not to mess up my brand new carpet since my water heater is located in a hall closet which I greatly appreciate.

We contacted Home Depot to get a new water heater as the company was responsible with the job at our former residence. We understood HD was working with a new company and so they sent out an individual from Fast Water Heater Company. The man noted a few problems, which is always unnerving when you just want something fixed. I went ahead and had him complete the work (July 2011) as he seemed honest and down-to-earth. He did the job, cleaned everything up, and explained what he did. When the city came out to inspect the work, I asked if the additions had been needed and she said yes. This was a relief. The company did everything they were supposed to and the inspector gave the job a thumbs up.
