My body has improved here since I started going to this facilities. I was able to preform better at work and school. My diet has really changed. Thank you so much for making it possible.

I came here to see the chiro and finally my spine is align. Because of him, I was able to get off my medication which is a huge step since I been taking meds since I was young. Thank you so much for making me better.

The Rubin Helth Center is amazing! Dr. Rubin has helped me so much wih my neck and back pain... not to mention getting rid of some really bad headaches!! Doc Rubin is awesome! Not only did he get me beck up and going, but he identified and showed me what my problem is (I've been to, like four different docs previously, he told/showed me what they hadn't) he's showing me what to do to correct the problem. He's awesome, I tell everybody about him and I send them his card (txt a pic of it).

Able to move left arm and shoulder freely. Able to look up completely. Pain is gone! Easy at home exercises and stretching greatly imporved mobility. I was able to resume my duties at work without having to take alot of medications.

I made an appt to see Dr. Rubin per the recommendation of a coworker. I have dealt with chronic pain for many years throughout my body. I have seen neurologists, rheumatologists, orthopedists and just about every other "-ologist." My chronic pain was looked upon with skepticism and was made to feel like they thought I was famking for medications. I have been working with Dr. Rubin to correct biomechanical issues, but the greatest discorvery has been Isabelle and the changes I have made nutritionally. I am a believer that when you change the food you eat and you can change your life.

Being a competitive athlete, I've found the proper injury rehab must come from many methods. Dr. Rubin has incorporated key injury rehabilitation aspects, getting me back to national competition.
