I am always greeted warmly by name by Shelby. Dr. Lumsdon is always very personable and cheerful. She personally calls you after a procedure. Dr. Lumsdon sets the bar very high!

My husband came home with a beautiful new smile that thrilled not only him, our adult children and me. Thank you for providing not only a beautiful result but a functional resolution to a long needed dental issue he had procrastinated on spending money to fix!

It starts with a warm greeting when I walk into the office, including patience and understanding if I'm running a few minutes late for my early morning appointment. I don't think I've even had to wait even five minutes before I'm called back. The hygienists are thorough but not brutal, which, as somebody who struggles with the flossing thing, I great appreciate. They always give me ideas about how to improve my daily habits to improve my results next time. I have a lot of old fillings, so there have been several times when I've had to get crowns from Dr. Lumsden. She always helps me make good decisions about what needs to happen sooner and what can wait a little bit, as I try to manage my budget. I trust that the procedures the doctor recommends are things I actually need to do rather than things she's trying to get me to do. Some friends tell me that's how they feel about their dentists. I'm not sure why they go to that kind of dentist. I drive about 40 minutes to get to Choice Dental Centre, and sometimes I think I should find a dentist closer to my home or office; but it's been seven years, and I'm still making the trek to Greenwood. It's worth it for the peace of mind that comes with knowing the staff has my best interests as their priority.

Dr. Lumsdon and her team ROCK! They are professional, courteous and truly concerned about you and your family's dental health.

Everyone there are always very nice and polite. If I do have questions they always answer them for me right away.

As always, Trinity did a great job. My teeth feel very clean, and I didn't have any discomfort while they were being cleaned. The entire staff is friendly and personable.

This was my first visit to Choice Dental Centre. From my entrance, to my initial greeting I was positively impressed with the furnishings, and even more so with the friendliness of the receptionist. When I made my way back to the exam and treatment area I was engaged by the Dental Assistant who was extremely kind and immediately put me at ease. Xrays ensued then charting the condition of each tooth. The process was the easiest ever. This was followed by Dr Lumsdon's, expert, and absolutely painless administration of anesthetic, and her perfect match of filling an incisor cavity. The whole process was unlike any Dental procedure I have ever experienced in the past. Dental care can indeed be a pleasure when it is provided by humane, caring professionals. I will recommend Dr Lumsdon to all my friends. She is fabulous with the fearful, and provides painless, economical and absolutely top-rate Dental care.

My appointment was on time. The dentist (Michelle) and her assistant (Marcela - spelling?) were very friendly, professional and experienced. They put me at ease and the filling was done quickly and painlessly. I am very impressed.

The temporary dental hygienist (Jennifer I believe but not sure) was very informative and helpful. The whole staff are very friendly as well.

I have been to many dentists in my life and can say that without a doubt, Dr. Lumsdon and her staff are the best! They are kind, and thorough. They have taught me better dental care, and they really do care about you and your teeth. If you are fearful of dentists, you cannot go wrong with Dr. Lumsdon and staff. Just let them know that you are afraid and they will take the time to ensure that you are comfortable and understand what they are doing step-by-step. I cannot say enough good things about this organization!

This office is wonderful and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new dentist, especially if you are like me and terrified of all things dental. I discovered them after receiving a great coupon in the mail and thought I would check them out. I had a wonderful experience! The office staff were very friendly and helpful, Dr Lumsdon was amazing and made me feel very comfortable throughout my entire visit. Choice Dental Centre changed my attitude towards dentistry and I will forever be thankful!
