He came the next day, and my garage door was working when I returned home from work. He didn`t press for payment immediately, but told me to drop it in the mail. I am still smiling.

After it was clear what the problem was, they quoted me a price and arranged for a visit the following morning. They arrived at the time specified and tried to save me money by fixing the problem without replacing the equipment however the technician was unable to do so. He then noticed that the equipent that he had was not the proper piece needed for the repair and he would have to go back and get the proper piece and return the following day. They returned the following afternoon and replaced the broken piece. I was very pleased that they went the extra mile (over 30 miles) and didn`t blink. Their customer service was a welcomed surprised.
