I was hesitant to contact this dealer seeing as i live in santa monica and his office is in west hills, but he came out the same day. I called because of the reviews and i am satisfied with the service. I would recommend him to other people who need home security.

Last year I received a letter offering a new low rate and accepted. I have now sold my home and called ADT to cancel service. ADT is refusing to terminate my service unless I pay them 490.00 dollars for a termination fee. Greed doesn't even begin to say what these people are all about. The moment the rep answers the phone you know your in for a battle just by the tone of their voice.

I chose ADT and the experience has been tremendous. Interactions with all representatives from the company including the sales person and technician have been friendly. I also like the light comes on each month to remind us to test the system. The monthly testing is not just talk. They proactively want us to test their system.
