I had a party at my cousins house while he was out of town and it went worse than I thought it would have, the carpet was a mess. I had two days to figure something out so I called this place the next morning and they came within an hour and my cousin never found out. ;)

I had read some of the reviews here on yahoo, and all the positive things said about them are true. I called, they came that same day and did a wonderful job. I had some green stains on my carpet from a horrible product I used, but the stains were removed quickly and efficiently. I will definitely call them again if my carpet needs a clean.

Fast turn around time on my orientals. They picked up these rugs for me and brought them back in like new condition, took a week. The pet urine stain/odor is gone?.

I was referred by one of my neighbor and I would totally agree with them. The service was great, carpets smell and looks remarkable. I had couple of stains where they said might not come off, but they got down on their knees during those spots and it actually came out.
