I've been going somewhere else for over a decade - City Garage is my permanent mechanic, and I've already referred a couple of family members there.

Nothing but great things to say about the guys at City Garage. We took my wife's 06 mini cooper s to get new front rotors and ceramic pads. 1st off, mini dealer of long beach quoted us close to 800 for the fronts with labor and everything.

I've seen their work so I trusted them with this job. They did a great job overall!

They got started on my car as soon as I got there, so I was in & out of the shop within 30 minutes. Service was great, there were enough workers to accommodate all the other customers that were there.

Very very happy with this place, i was going to take my car to the dealer for an oil change but found this place and they use the SAME OIL AS THE DEALER, and i only live around the corner AWESOME!!!!!

Awesome place and awesome people. This has been the go-to garage for me and my friends for a few years now. Their old location was fine, but this is definitely easier on the eyes. Theyre always friendly and professional, and take no offense when I tell them to not even try to explain to me whats going on with my car. They fixed it up pretty quickly and charged me less than I was expecting them to. All in all, quality service and quality price.

This place is fantastic. They were able to figure out what was wrong with my car after 4 other garages couldnt. They told me what was wrong and allowed me to watch them for a bit while they were fixing it. They didnt lie and promise me that my car would run fantastically when they were done. They let me know that it might not be salvageable, which didnt really come as a surprise seeing as how it was a certified deathtrap at that point. By whatever miracle, they were able to fix it, and it has been running nicely since then.

Have built a pleasant rapport with City Garage and they even gave me a ride when needed. Great business.

My clutch pedal went to the floor and I thought I was going to have to spent 1000.00 to have my clutch fixed. It ended up just the slave cylinder and cost me only a couple of hundred dollars. Very honest shop.

Did a stellar job rebuilding my transmission on my 2004 Nissan Sentra

Refuses to refund full amount paid for a transmission rebuild even though no work was performed. I have the invoice that my husband signed off on at their office that no work was performed. We were required to prepay $2378.15 and after calling almost daily for 3 weeks, they finally said they couldn't get the parts. He claimed he put a refund through on 6/23/14 but obviously lied. He put a refund through finally on 7/3/14 but voided it after the receipt was sent via email to me. This guy is such a joke. He is a scammer and thief.

Chris is very professional and goes out of his way for his customers. Picked up the vehicle and took it to his shop. Also came and picked up my wife so that she could pick up the car when the repair was complete.

I have been using them for my car repairs for the last 4 years. They do a great job. They are honest and friendly.

I did not let this shop fix my honda. I wish I would have. I got a lower quote at another shop, and three weeks has gone by and my van is still at the other shop not fixed. What the old saying? "You get what you pay for"!

I had some concerns that we discussed. We came to an agreement and Chris followed through with everything he promised! It was great doing business with City Garage!
