Jason met us promptly at the time of our appointment and talked with us about our goals for our dog. After Jason met our dog, we sat down to discuss our training options. Jason was very knowledgeable and informative. He offers a great program! We appreciated that there was no high sales pressure. Jason let the training program speak for itself.

The Folsom Dog Resort & Training offers wonderful services to meet the needs of large and small dogs. My experience with Jason and his staff has been absolutely wonderful! I would highly recommend Foldom Dog Resort to anyone who is looking for a warm, safe and loving environment for their pet. My two small dogs have been treated lovingly and I have the utmost confidence when they are with Jason and his staff they are well taken care of. In addition, the training that is offered is excellent.

This is the first time I have left my dogs anywhere other than with friends. It was a wonderful experience! The report card each dog received let me know how much they enjoyed their stay, and they still smell good after the special bath they received.

Short conversation with Jason was very useful in terms of ideas for calming this hyperactive, 60+ lb. Malamute of 6 months age. Especially liked the idea of a more extensive dog run in the back yard (we have a very large back yard) and his discussion of his training costs and what it can do for us. I will be sure to pass on his telephone conversation to the dog's owner (my daughter)

The facility was great! I really enjoyed the set up and how the dogs have specific schedules. Everyone I met was very nice and I would definitely feel comfortable leaving my puppy with them!

My dog Lucy loves it here. I never seen her look so happy before.

The staff was welcoming from the moment I entered the door to the time I left. I was given one on one time and allowed to ask any questions I had. Jason took great care of me and my dog. I felt like he had both our best interests in mind.

Really enjoyed the free training eval with Jason for Rusty. I came away with at least 5 tips to use even before the official training sessions have started. Jason really knows dogs and did exactly what Rusty needed to feel comfortable and not threatened. He is timid with people and by the time he left he showed some improvement - I know this will improve with his training sessions. Looking forward to our next encounter.

Had my free training evaluation yesterday and it went great. James was very knowledgeable and was really able to pin point my dogs issues. He gave me some really good reasons as to why my dog acts the way he does. We can't wait to start working with the Folsom Dog Resort!

I found Folsom Dog Resort to be clean, very professional and a well-organized program for dog training or in my case, puppy training. My dog will be trained there during May so I will know more about the final product when my puppy is returned to me hopefully better for her experience in the capable hands of the dog trainers at Folsom Dog Resort

James was very informative and answered all our questions. He gave us tips and now all we have to do is decide which training program will work for us. We were impressed with the facilities and everyone seemed very nice.

We really received great information too help us through the puppy phase for our new family member. Jason was awesome in helping us set up our home, what and how we should be interacting (especially with those shap puppy teeth), what things we can train her with now like sitting, crate, place and walking on a leash! Feel like we have turned the corner in puppy knowledge! Looking forward to the 15 day training at Folsom Dog Resort when our Sadie is older!

Amazing place for dogs, very clean, and the staff are so nice and great with dogs. Had a great evaluation with Jason. Bella is very energetic and Jason didn't get frustrated with her at all. We are definitely looking forward to bringing Bella back for training camp!

Impressed we are....From walking in the door,to meeting with Jason,the staff and grounds. Our dogs are our world and had never left them prior to Folsom Dog Resort. We wanted to,but no other boarding facilities came close to being acceptable for us. Folsom Dog Resort felt like home the minute we walked through the doors. The facilities are very clean and the staff was professional and friendly. We can't wait for our next visit and to the many more that will follow !

I love this place they make everything super easy for you the training classes they give are very helpful one of the best. My pets behavior has improved thank you so much and I love that youre so close to me.

I needed to talk with a professional trainer concerning a very serious and complex relationship issue with two of my six pitties. Folsom Dog Resort was gracious enough to give me a one-time complimentary telephone consultation. My telephone visit with Jason was helpful and I felt a common connection with Jason. Jason was a very good listener, understanding and got to the point. I found the staff to be friendly, courteous & helpful. I would definitely recommended Folsom Resort to others.

We were very pleased with James' explanation of the various training camps and with how he handled our dog Cookie.

I brought my 4 year old Golden in for Leash training - Mike did a good job teaching him to be a nice boy on his leash. I no longer dread having to walk him on-leash. Thank you Mike!

We met with James to have our 4 year old labradoodle evaluated for training. We were impressed with his knowledge about dogs and their behaviors. He was professional and very accommodating. The facility was clean and well-maintained. We are definitely registering our dog for one of their camp training.

I have had my dogs at the day care and they have always enjoyed it I have also had my dogs boarded at the Folsom Dog Resort and the dogs were treated as if they were home with mom and dad. They get exercise, play, belly rubs and lots of attention. I recently had my second dog trained at the center and the experience was great and my dog learned so much and is happier for the time spent there. I highly recommend the Folsom Dog Resort & Training Center.

I am so glad I took Buddy, my little mixed Terrier in for training! But I was the one who was trained, actually, and I highly recommend it to anyone who might be thinking about getting some help. We learned things like come, stay, place, and walking on the leash. All I need is more time, Thank you Mike!

I brought my 4 year old Chocolate Lab in for the full 2 week On and Off Leash Training - Michael did a fantastic job teaching him to be a disciplined dog both on and off leash. I no longer dread having to walk him on-leash or worry about him chasing after our horses. Thank you Michael!

I was amazed at how quickly Negrito followed by lead and did not pay any attention to the other dogs around him. I am taking him out every day to reinforce this behavior. My other dog follows Negrito so when I take them out and Negrito follows the heel command my other dog follows behind him. So far we haven't met another dog. I think Negrito will be fine because I know what to do.

I have been taking my two dogs to the resort for over a year now and they show great attention to detail. You can tell they really love dogs and hire employess who are big dog lovers. I highly recommend.

I took my pooch here and it was great, Paris had a great time and came back sleepy.. thats what you want when there a pup right ;0) thank you Folsom Dog Resort for being kind to my precious pooch.
