Apex Physical Medicine

I decided to come here to Apex to get the Stem cell shot. I have been here for about 2 months now and it has worked wonders. I think I made the right choice.

I have been doing it for about a month and every time I leave here I feel a lot better than the day I came in. I have seen 75% to 80% improvement in my back. Apex has really helped me through this process, giving me the treatment that makes the back pain substantially reduced. It makes it a lot easier to get up and walk around and do any kind of movements.

I fell on the steps of my home in June. I initially had some lower back pain but thought it would go away with time. The pain initially lessened but would come back if I was tired or had a hard workday. By October, I could not sit at my desk or at the kitchen table for more than 5 minutes without being in pain. Standing up from sitting caused more pain! I came to see Dr. Stafford @ APC because, at 38, I did not want to be walking around bent over in pain. Everyone was so kind and caring and explained everything to me. I felt very comfortable in their hands. They worked out a reasonable payment plan for me. I initially went 3x/week and after 2 visits felt some real relief. (Love that spinal decompression table!) By the end of my 1st course of treatment, my pain was gone. Now I am doing exercises to help strengthen my core to keep the pain from returning. I know that I will soon be on my way to managing my injury myself and Dr. Stafford, Dr. Malay, and their staff have shown me how to do it! Thank you!
