As a new home owner I had many problems with my unit. They could not fix the problem.\r\nIt took no less than 12 visits! I even had a senior person yell at me for wasting his time in complaining. He was ""too senior to be dealing with customers""...I asked Mr senior executive to remove the service at once. I ended up with 3 months of free service and an apology.\r\n\r\nI highly recommend to shop around.
