We replaced our 2006 Prius a year ago with a recently traded-in 2016 Prius IV Touring that Jerzy Bielski showed us. Not only was it the perfect car for us, but the year of free regular maintenance visits has kept it in top shape. We timed our appointments so we could go across the street to the Sakura for lunch while the car was serviced. When We came in last week, Kenneth Barreto, our service rep, offered to call over to see if they were open. He thought they might be remodeling. Alas, they have ceased operation.For lunch we had free popcorn, cocoa, and snack bars in the waiting area instead while our Prius was serviced. After all, it was the great service that brought us to Lia to begin with!
