Sheng Kee Bakery

really love the bread at Sheng Kee. delicious. Need to stop buying the custard buns every time I get bread though.. thats the only downside: too many temptations. Reading the other reviews I think I need to check out the fruit tarts next time too

Of course every bakery has a specialty. Sheng Kee is known for their famous fruit tarts. Filled with custard and an assortment of fruits such as strawberry, kiwi, and grapes just makes your mouth water. It's so pretty that you don't even want to cut it. During the Chinese New year and Moon Festival, they have a huge selection of New Year treats and Mooncakes. I haven't found anything that didn't taste good here. Everything seems to be very scrumptous.

There are a lot of Sheng Kee Bakeries out there. I have bought many pastries and cakes there before. The workers are really nice and it's pretty darn cheap compared to other bakeries. I recommend a person to try it here at least once.

This is a chain bakery that makes Taiwanese breads and cakes. The pastries are great; not too sweet and very flakey. When looking for a cake on those special occasions, this is a good place.
