Very good barbecue...just no where to sit down! The slaw was just a little bit to tart for me. Their tea is great. Nice folks too. Keep going to Lawlers BBQ over by the interstate at the next exit 351 and you can sit down.

Whitts BBQ is the best in Athens. They have great food and the best sweet tea in town. Prices are reasonable, the service is fast, and the employees are friendly.

I've eaten at Whitts ever since it opened. They have the absolute best pork here- I wouldn't consider buying it anywhere else. And they're quick about it, too.

Whitts has the best bargecue I've had. Best of all, they have great service and they don't cost that much. Just one meal can last at a family picnic.

They have the best turkey barbecue. And can feed a family of 4 and have leftovers at a very reasonable price. Less than fastfood places! You can get the entire meal for under $15 .
