Raintree Pet Resort + Medical Center gave me updates when I pick them up and I would recommend this resort as a dog friend place. They are not caged and allowed to roam the area's outside that also includes a pool!

My dog stayed at this resort for the first time over spring break. We really enjoyed the experience and play to use this resort again next when we vacation over the summer. When I picked up my baby, she was clean and happy. During her stay, she enjoyed special treats, all day play with other dogs and received a bath before her departure. When we picked her up, the front desk staff gave us ADORABLE pictures of her with her "new friends." I learned that Raintree also offers "doggie daycare" so my dog can come play with her friends anytime without having to board overnight. This resort is truly top of the line. All of the staff was friendly and personable. I could tell that they really saw how special my precious dog was and truly bonded with her.

This place is wonderful for my dogs that go mostly 2 days a week. I have been to many other locations throughout the area and I have never come across such nice DOG people.

I am a visitor to Phoenix. When I travel I always use Raintree Pet Resort. My golden, Bo, is older, and has some health issues and Raintree has always been wonderful about managing his medication. He always has a great time and gets the extra special care that he needs.

My colleague told me about this place after I got my first dog, Zoey. I never knew a resort like this existed for animals. I went out of desperation as Zoey is very active (and I am busy with work) during the day. She had her shots from the medical staff at their onsite medical center. She played the day and I looked over their fence to see that she was playing in their water park (I think its a splash pad).

They appeared to be very attentive and even gave me a quick phone call to let me know how Zoey was getting on. I guess they sensed my nervousness about letting her go on her first day.

The second day we dropped him off our dog, one of his play-buddies from the earlier day (Doc) was being brought in at the same time, and it was clear they were excited to see each other and to be there as well. When we left for the final day, Amanda was so sweet, saying how much they would miss my dog and to please come back when we were in the area. I give this place and the staff my highest recommendation; indeed, finding Raintree was one of the highlights of our vacation.

This place is fabulous! We were traveling from our home in Eugene, OR, to the Scottsdale, AZ area for a week vacation. I checked the internet, found this facility, and e-mailed them to see if they would consider taking our 4 year old black lab (Shadow) for a few days of day care so we could do some sight-seeing (too hot to leave him in the car). Amanda responded and was so nice in her e-mails that we were looking forward to meeting her. We dropped Shadow off the first day and were greeted warmly by the staff who was expecting us. The facility was beautiful, complete with a below ground pool, which Shadow loved.

We've been boarding our cat here several times a year for many years. We've never had a problem; They are very caring and very understanding of our paranoia about our "baby". I have nothing but great things to say about Raintree and would recommend them to anyone

The facility is absolutely amazing! Smiling and friendly girls greeted us and offered us a tour. Inside kennels were spotless, no scent of dogs anywhere, very quiet and specious. We walked outside to see a large in ground swimming pool & about 7-10 dogs swimming & playing with tennis balls, having a blast!!! On the other side of the fence was a little splash park for other dogs that do better on their own & don't play so nice with others. It was very fun to watch and we are seriously considering doing daycare there for our fur baby as she would love it!

We are new to the area & have been looking for a great boarding place to take our epileptic dog to. She is very high maintenance & special needs so she needs to be cared for 24/7. She would have been taken here, hands down. Except they are not staffed 24 hours & I am uncomfortable with that. Even if she was not special needs, I get worried that something could happen."

Our pet absolutely loves Raintree Pet Resort! They are extremely animal friendly, and have an absolutely wonderful staff. Maggie Mae is excited whenever we pull in, and we are greeted by their professional and warm staff. We board her and send her to day care. We love checking in and seeing the pictures they post in group play! We highly recommend to anyone for boarding or for the day.

Despite all of our efforts, the Neuropathy progressed fiercely, and our noble Dane could no longer get up unassisted, and fell often. As a physician, there was nothing else Dr. Savard could do for us. Yet, as an individual, he more than surpassed any expectations I had for him. None of my tears went uncomforted, and even on his last day, Gable had no fear of the vet's office, because he had always been greeted so warmly and tended to lovingly. Though I still weep for Gable every day, I am at peace with the way we were able to say goodbye to him, thanks to Dr. Savard and the incredible staff at Raintree Pet Resort and Medical Center. We were never rushed, and they always made every accommodation our gentle giant needed. Most importantly, they offered these things out of genuine kindness and love for the animals they serve.

He treated Gable with Light Laser Therapy, and rejoiced with us when Gable received great pain relief. In turn, he helped us walk Gable out of the clinic and load him into our SUV, when his ambulation became compromised and was having trouble walking. Dr. Savard always worked with and around Gable to make him comfortable. He never shied away from getting down on the ground with Gable, and was always very gentle when positioning Gable for his treatments. Dr. Savard did not pass the task of trimming Gable's toenails off to a Vet Tech, and never complained about having to wear Gable's hair and flakey skin on his neatly pressed shirt for the rest of the day.

I can never offer enough thanks and gratitude to Dr. Savard and his staff for all they have done and continue to do for our beloved pets. We look forward to working with him, until we have all grown old. If you are looking for a new vet, and are most discerning when it comes to the care of your animals, you will not be disappointed by medical acumen, compassion, and kindness you will receive from Dr. Savard.

I know my pets are well cared for when I board them at Raintree. It is a 45 minute drive for me, but I haven't found anywhere else I can trust my family's pets. always good service;)

Lady loves to play at day camp and loves the pool and splash pad! Each time I pick her up I am amazed at how happy she is.

Currently, our English Bulldog, Sydney, is fighting an antibiotic resistant infection. Dr. Savard continues to monitor the infection closely, and is always one step ahead regarding her next mode of treatment. Though Syd has had enough of ear wash and antibiotics, she still enjoys the warm hello she receives from Dr. Savard and his staff during each visit.

Though our beloved Gable had a mighty spirit, his mighty body was deteriorating under the forces of Advanced Arthritis and Degenerative Neuropathy. When most other Vets would have given up in the face of Gable's astounding 11 years alone, Dr. Savard saw past his years, and focused on his happy disposition and the owner who knew it wasn't time yet. Dr. Savard never offered any empty promises, but he did hope with us.

We are the proud owners of a 9-1/2 English Bulldog with chronic allergies, an 8 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback with early Arthritis, a 5-1/2 Rhodesian Ridgeback who is overly curious, and our beloved and recently departed 11 year old Great Dane Gable. Needless to say, we are at the vet often! The past few months, however, our Bully and Dane have both required extensive care, and many of these visits were difficult for us.

For nearly the past four years, we have entrusted our veterinary care to Dr. Ben Savard. We first met Dr. Savard at Squaw Peak Animal Hospital, and were immediately impressed by his thoroughness as a physician, and his kind and gentle demeanor as an individual. So, when we learned he would be leaving that practice to open his own at Raintree Pet Resort, we did not hesitate to follow him.

I had my pet Rabbit stay at this pet resort for winter vacation while I went home and they took great care of him! He was super happy to see me when I came to pick him up, but the only thing I noticed that was different was that the rabbit food bag I originally dropped off for him was different than the one I got when I picked him up? Maybe he ran out of food and the pet resort got him more? It was just pet food that I wouldn't feed him, but other than that everything else went great.

Raintree Pet Resort is quite simply TERRIFIC!!! We have been regulars for over 3 years and the staff and the owners know the animal business. Max often has to stay the evenings and they literally set up one "bedroom" for him so he does not have to be moved around and I suppose it is to keep him relaxed. They also set up one "bedroom" for his day use again, to keep it repetitive. This was done without me asking them to do this. They know how he likes to be fed and how picky I am. I have dropped in unexpectedly and they are always happy to bring me out back to watch Max in action....

We used this service when we were down for Spring Training this year. I have never left my 4 yr old Norwich Terrier with anyone before as he is such a momma's boy. The weather was too warm for him and his bro MaxZee to be in the car for a day game in Scottsdale. They both loved the place and were very excited to see everyone the next day we left them. It was such a relief to find such a clean professional place that felt safe for my guys. They had a ball! Thanks

My dog has been going to Raintree for over 3 years. He is a very active dog and when they see him becoming groggy - they pull him from group play and place him in an area that is still wonderful but allows him to relax. They are very attentive to my dog's mood and circumstances of the day. He goes at least 4 or 5 days a week and there has not been ONE issue. I have been to at least 3 other dog resorts until I found this one.

This resort has saved my state of mind after a long and stressful day. The way they take care of my dog, Max is incredible. They take pictures of him when he is in the pool. They know when to separate Max and just let me play with the toys (still outside) but sometimes he is just having a day that he want s to play with his BALL and nothing else. They know his moods and when he wants to be alone and when he wants to play with others. This resort is BY FAR, BY FAR the best pet resort. Believe me, I check up on him during the day - sometimes when they do not even know it. My dog is outside having a blast and there are always employees outside with him and the other dogs.

My dog is rested and very clean when I pick him up and at any given time - they know what he has been up to during the day. I am MAJORLY paranoid of anyone taken care of Max and IF, I felt at ANY time that Max was NOT taken care of or loved...we would move on. They certainly know their dogs...the staff are NOT that young...they are basically in their twenties and upwards. They know my dog and he is always happy to see them and he does not look back once I drop him off for his 3 days a week play time. I have come by during the day - and looked in the fence to see Max...and I do this probably each day Max is in attendance (again 3 full days a week) without letting them know...and Max always appears to be absolutely fine!!

Brought my dog to this lovely place due to the fact that the previous "resort" just did not know or understand how to deal with a "feisty" playful dog. He was extremely cared for and they do not mind my phone calls during the day.

This place is the best in the Valley for my dog, Max which is why I guess they received "best of the valley winners"!!!! Ali, Amanda and Ashley and Gretchen in the back are awesome!
