New owners and a new name as of late 2009! Used to be great, but the sushi chef moved to Chandler, their gain.

I love sushi was my first introduction to the sushi world, and it was wonderfull!!!! I dont know what some of these other sushi snobs are taking about! The fish has always been fresh(never fishy!) and the flavors are delicious! Sit at the bar! Be sure to try the Hawaiian Role and the Red Tuna Dream. If you are looking for a 'hip' place with atmosphere go to RAW (where you will pay a high price for a hip environment and for less than amazing sushi...)! I love sushi has a mom and pop feel and the people there have always been nice! Seriously, its delicious!

I love sushi is a great family owned sushi business that offers great service and above expected quality sushi.

We enjoy the lunch special 8 piece Nigiri sushi with an atomic lobster roll...great food great service at a great price...under 20$.

So take the time to enjoy some excellent Sushi at a quality restaurant served by friendly waitresses.

Worst sushi of my life! Nori was chewy..... miso soup was like wallpaper paste...
not a single smile in the place... and bill was $22 for only 3 sushi plates.

The salmon was warm from sitting out... the crab was fake crab while being
sold as "crab", not "Krab".

I am here on business and wanted Sushi. I eat Sushi at least once a week back home in
Vancouver, WA and I do LOVE Sushi... But not here!

Don't go here.

Although there are many sushi restaurants in Tucson, AZ, i haven't found another which offers the same quality and variety that I Love Sushi offers. From nigiri to rolls to daily specials and my personal favorite, all you can eat sushi that actually tastes good! Normally I sit at the bar, but there are tables and a large group section in the back. The waitresses and servers are freindly and courteous and do their best to accomodate special requests. The chefs are open to answering your questions and serve up the delectable morsels pretty quickly. One of my favorite places to eat in Tucson-check them out!

Pros: $20 All U Can Eat, take out available, sunday evening hours, TV's for sports fans, ample parking

New to Arizona from Michigan, I was thrilled to see so many sushi restaurants! I chose "I Love Sushi" as our first spot to try. I told the waitress it was our first time there. She smiled politely and took our order. We ordered 3 entrees which according to the menu included miso soup, salad and rice. To our dismay, we only received soup. After our entrees finally arrived, we inquired as to the whereabouts of the rest of our food. We were told by a different waitress (ours never came back around until the bill arrived) that we had to request the salad and rice...even though it is included with our meal. What?!? Just weird. When our salad finally came, it was iceburg lettuce with Russian dressing on it and a half inch of water in the bottom of the bowl. What happened to the wonderful ginger wasabi dressing and what's up with not drying the lettuce? (Although on the upside, we were happy it was washed!) The entrees were good, but the ambiance leaves a lot to be desired as does the service. Won't go back, but will move on with optimism. Thankfully there are plenty more sushi restaurants for us to explore!

Pros: Good parking

Cons: No carry-outs and they charge if you share sushi and take home your own leftovers!!
