UCLA is a prestigious school with amazing faculty. The faculty, well at least the north campus faculty, are always nice and inviting. In general, the atmosphere and people at UCLA are very relaxed and friendly. Not only is the landscape gorgeous, but it is also in a prime location. Located seconds away from Westwood and a short drive (or bus ride) from places like Hollywood, Santa Monica, and the LACMA. There is always something to do when you're there, on campus or off! So, if you're checking out the campus, I would recommend going on a student led tour, and if you planning on attending, I would recommend living in the dorms. The dorms have been one of my best social experiences at UCLA!

Dormitories, dining halls, bookstore(s), scenery, Westwood Village - this is THE PLACE to be for a college. Major drawbacks include steep competition, limited off-campus housing and impossible parking. Otherwise, well worth the price for a public university.

U......C......L.....A......U.C.L.A. fight fight fight. Yes this school rocks, hard to get into academically, and athletics are amazing. Best hospital in the West. If the president of the united states gets hurt west of the mississippi he comes here to our schoo.
