These guys are simply awesome. My back bumper was hit by another car and I needed to have it fixed ASAP. The only day of the week when I could drop the car off was a Friday and I needed it back on Saturday. The folks at the MBO complied with my request and they also did a great job with the fixing/painting of the bumper. Not to mention that they actually had the most competitive rate I could find in the area. I strongly, strongly recommend them. They are great, no doubt about it.

I had the best experience at Modern Bench! Pete was great to work with. My car was done in 3 days and the best part... it was less than 1/2 the price of where I received my first estimate!!! The shop does look a little "interesting" from the outside, but they do great work and are easy to work with! I would recommend this place to anyone!!!

Hey yall this is going to be one of my first reviews. Yay Me. After my SUV had a fight with a parking structure and lost, my bumper was caved in and there was a BIG dent on my fender which was rusting. I hadn't wash my car in months, because I I didn't want it to rust even more. Needless to say, it wasn't looking so nice. At least I have a garage, so it could have been worse. After getting an estimate and being shocked by the amount, I went online and found a good solid rating for Modern Bench Operation. Since it wasn't too far from my house, I decided to check it out. I met with Pete on Tuesday, who gave me an estimate on the spot, without an appointment. He was friendly, didn't talk down to me and was honest. Being a girl, that is very important to me. The estimate was over 1/2 the amount cheaper. I dropped off my car on Thursday and picked it up on Saturday. You can't get much better than a 2 day turnaround. The work is awesome. No more dent, no rust, a good looking bumper, the marks on my headlight were buffed out and my car is finally clean!! I met Pete when I picked up my car. What a nice guy. This is a family owned place and you can tell by their treatment. I believe in giving mom and pop places business, so if you are in need of some work on your car, give this great shop called Modern Bench Operation a chance. You will not be disappointed.

These guys have fixed minor fender-benders on my kids' cars and rebuilt my Lexus after a really bad accident. The work is done when promised. They know how to deal with insurance companies and they have a good rental car company nearby which works in conjunction with them. A few of the repairs I paid for personally and Pete gave me a very fair price. I trust them completely and in 20+ years they've never done me wrong. I'll be back many times in the next 13 years, I'm sure!

This is a great place. I've unfortunately had my parked car hit twice and was rear ended while at a stop. This is over a 6 year period and in all cases I've used this shop. Very nice staff and beyond that they do excellent work. My car suffered some significant damage in once accident and unless you looked up my Carfax. To this day you'd have no idea. Awesome place that I highly recommend.

I had a small collision to my car and live south of lovely Campbell. I found Modern Bench Operation Collision by searching online (what else) and it was a great decision to use them. Easy to find, close to home, and Pete and crew were great. Time for repair was accurate, work was excellent and experience could not have been better. Any issue I had was quickly addressed and corrected to my taste and I can be picky. Pete also is a great guy and is very responsible in reviewing your car before and after the repair. Open a short time on Saturday helped as well. I highly recommend and recommend to my friends and use them again. They deal real well with insurance companies and rental car business, so they take the worries and difficulties away.

The front bumper of my 1998 Mercury Mountaineer was mangled in a wreck so much as to render the car undriveable. A less honest body shop coulda taken one look at it and said "you gotta let us replace it, and it'll be 8 or 9 hundred bucks." But this is a 1998 with 200,000 miles on it - not a vehicle you wanna drop that kinda money on for just the front bumper. I asked Reid's to see if they could make it work with my mangled original bumper. Two days and $275 later the bumper is back on and looks just fine. This is the place - don't go anywhere else.

They go the extra mile for the customer. While the work took longer than originally estimated Josh kept me informed and took care of all interactions with the insurance company and the car rental. The car was cleaned inside as well. After receiving the car I notified them of a dead battery issue and they promptly took care of it on a Saturday! Tested the battery and replaced the years old battery on the spot.

I believe that we have each had our autos in for collision repairs 3 times and your work has been absolutely fantastic. Your staff is very professional and the work done by your shop is without question the best that we have ever received in 30+ years of German car ownership. Last time, I sent my car to this shop for repair, and bump area has many scratches, so they need repaint, it takes 1 day than estimate because Josh told me they accidentally dropped the painted bump, so they need 1 more day to re-paint. Josh dealt with insurance and car rental company, and returned me back a very clean car. I had an accident this week, will try this shop again.

Everyone here is SUPER friendly and helpful and they did an amazing job on my Jeep. Got it back within one week and looks brand spanking new and I couldn't be happier. OK, this is a review perhaps a little different from the average consumer who visits a body shop, because in my case I had my car painted...um...twice in two weeks. The first time, Modern Bench Operations ("MBO") did a FANTASTIC job of aligning the body panels we assembled onto the car and laying down a beautiful (perhaps too nice for a race car....yes a race car...but I'm a perfectionist) three color paint scheme. The second time..um..two weeks later, they mounted new body parts, matched paint, and again laid down three colors because of an on-track "mishap". Great work, great paint, great service, and a great team.
